Don't worry, there's no danger of that I doubt I'll ever get down to the BMI that's recommended for my height. I still think those figures are way too low and very simplistic. It feeds the diet industry just as the 'recommended' cholesterol levels feed the drugs industry.

I was looking forward to eating out last night for a family occasion. Sadly the meal was bland and tasteless, and they had run out of the dish Mr Babe wanted. How the cook could hold his/her head up, I don't know. I made up for it with a nice slice of chocolate gateau though

I'm a happy bunny this morning - three pounds off, and only a couple of pounds to go for my first mini goal

 

Oops almost forgot - not only are the clothes hanging looser, but it's noticeable at yoga that the forward bends are easier due to there being less flab in the way

I´m struggling at the moment. I am stuck on a plateau, but I will keep going and eventually I´ll conquer it

I've finally started doing something and that's calorie counting what I eat. And it's working. Only lost 2lb but its a start just got to stick to it now

 

So, tonight I am having a massive plateful of penne pasta and bacon (have I mentioned I love bacon?) I shall be rounding the meal off with some chocolate cake.

Alongside such culinary deliciousness I shall be drinking red wine; at least a bottle maybe more. I shall no doubt have a few handfuls (and I have big hands!) of dry roasted peanuts to keep me going. I'm the same weight I was this time last year (196lbs, 14 stone, 80kg) and I look damn good on it (that's what my deluded mind tells me anyway).

 

That's what I've been doing, counting calories and swimming. Boring but it works!

I didn't make it to 6 stone, I'm currently at 5st12lbs and I'm not going to lose 2lbs in a day... Still pretty smug anyway lol!
