  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

You couldn't see tongue-in-cheek sarcasm if it bit you in the ass.

I was doing the very things that you libs would have done if it had been under Bush...the very thing that The Daily Kos was doing to Republicans back in 2011...BLAME THE OTHER SIDE.

However, when it's YOUR OWN GUY DOING IT you justify it.

You condone it when it's Obama.

You condemned it when you said that it might/would be Bush and/or Republicans in Congress.

(Just like when you libs screamed that it was conservatives who would fuck with porn. Yet they haven't done jack. Whereas libs have. And you libs justified it.)

You libs with your hypocrisy and inconsistencies are fuckin'.

Republicans say we need to cut government spending and the size of government. As soon as President Obama cuts something JoeDirty complains. :?

There is an obvious reason for the Mail cutting back on Saturday deliveries, and that is the fact that they have very little to deliver. Like all postal services they are concentrating on package and junk mail.

You and the rest of us now use the 'net and send emails if something is urgent instead of writing it down on paper, putting a stamp on it and walking down to the post box. We even use the 'net for non urgent mail. There is very little that needs to be delivered on a weekend. Don't worry though Joe, Obama will make a special case for you so your porn will get through.

This change was actually a rare case of bipartisan agreement. Republicans had been calling for it, Democrats co-sponsored the bill, and it passed the Senate unanimously. It isn't vital to receive mail on Saturdays. We're not yet ready to get rid of the USPS altogether, but this is a reasonable way to help reduce costs and sustain it. JD wants to create a partisan brawl where there is none, as if we don't have enough already.

I'm not complaining. Haven't you read my posts where I point out my point?

However, I will say that if this is ALL that Obama can come up with to cut it's BS. It would be like an average family being 48 million dollars in debt deciding not to spend 1 cent a month...and then saying, "Hey! We cut our spending!"

Meanwhile he and the rest of the libs are spending $$$ like drunken sailors on things that the Constitution doesn't authorize the federal government to be spending $$$ on or to be involved in....

No worry as The Sequester is coming in a few days...

wonder how he will weasel out of that one....

    ==================================

The sequestera series of across-the-board cuts to domestic and defense programs totaling more than $1 trillion and set to go into effect March 1 — was created less than two years ago by Congress and the White House as the ultimate insurance policy against legislative inaction on the country’s debt problems.

No one thought it could (or would) actually happen. And yet here we are with President Obama on Tuesday proposing a last-ditch attempt to delay the sequester with a small-bore package of spending cuts and tax changes.

What does the sequester’s move from close-to-unimaginable to close-to-unavoidable prove? That most basic rule of Washington: The politically easiest path is the one politicians prefer to take.

The theory of the sequester was a simple one: By combining the threat of large-scale defense cuts, which Republicans abhor, with large-scale domestic program cuts, which Democrats abhor, Congress and the White House could spur itself into action to addressing the nation’s long term debt and spending issues since the alternative was politically unpalatable.

In the third presidential general election debate last October, President Obama, under attack from Mitt Romney about the possibility of the sequester going into effect, stated bluntly: “It will not happen.” Obama was breaking no new ground with that statement. There was almost no one who thought that any Member of Congress would let the sequester go into effect.

Should be pretty easy, since the Republicans and their backers in the military industrial complex don't really want the sequester.

This is kind of like the local school board at budget time.

If we don't get our 20% increase we'll have to cut programs.

Hmm, what will hit them the hardest?? I know, let's cut sports. Then let's cut music. Then let's cut after school activities.

They usually get their tax increase.

Of course no one wants to cut staff, or fringe benefits or overtime or redundant management.

And I knew that it was all just smoke and mirrors bullshit when Obama and the rest of that gang came up with it.

It's PROOF that Obama is just another politician. Not the Messiah.

He'll do what ALL politicians do...kick the can down the road.

Meanwhile this country's Day of Reckoning is coming....
And every damn time they say, "This will solve our problems! 'Onist!"

Then a couple years later they come back with the same old bullshit to try to raise taxes AGAIN.

And the dumbfuck voters buy it! AGAIN! :wall:

    However...

Once the People said "Fuck you!" when the leaders in my state tried that bullshit on a statewide level saying that all Hell would break loose if a large tax increase wasn't passed.

The voters voted it down! :excited:

    And guess what?

NONE of the crap that they said would happen if it didn't pass happened.

    Lession

Politicians are all FRAUDS, CROOKS, and LIARS.

You really want a laugh? Our Posties want us to open up electronic mail boxes with the PO so that our bills can be sent through them that way & they'll even allow us to pay through it.
Huh? Most companies already send email bills and all banks have on-web banking, including bill payments. The PO doesn't get that they are late to the party.

As of Monday past, we no longer have the cent being distributed. So everything is now rounded up or down to the nearest nickle on cash purchases.

We haven't had Saturday delivery in over 2 decades now.

IF they were to actually cut expense by cutting out Saturday delivery, I could agree with it.

BUT, they're not cutting the USPS budget, they're not asking for as much of a hand out from Congress.

SO, one more time, the end user gets less for his buck, ain't that a big surprise?

I am not sure how this will save $2billion a year? Reduced fuel expense? I haven't read that anyone's job will be lost.
