it is a song, as well as the album that song has been lifted off, being about the future. it is also about the technology that is in that future. new planets, space travel... you know? it is pretty plain to see. when i was a boy i would play this game command and conquer tiberian sun and in that there would be a fictional spacecraft named the gdi philadelphia. i always liked playing as nod though because they are evil. here it is here and of which, is similar to everything about this music.

actually if you were to look up in the starry sky i would bet good money on determining whether there is such a craft up there about six hundred kilometer up right now. i think that we will never know though for a long time.

there was a parody done of that in this country a long time ago and white was changed to maori and some other words were changed appropriately to get the joke across. it was actually very racist, much like that is. there is still a lot of racial tension in this country and some people in particular do not help from both sides of the coin.

i think the true victims are servicemen and women who go overseas to fight american wars, also those of the catholic church who have been perhaps ex-communicated. new zealand is fighting an american war in afghanistan still. this is not new zealands fight, this is the americans fight and they have dragged all their allies in for the long haul, almost fourteen years now. the war started when i was about fifteen and i am now twenty seven. the united states should become a militarised dictatorship with the greatest known military fortification on this planet the pentagon as the focalpoint of the american peoples lives. of course, there will be no freedom, at all. those people will be so repressed, it will be worse than china or even north korea. the constitution should be thrown out then ripped to shreds and the military muscle flexed then the iron fist slammed down on the table. a theory anyway. but such a future for that country is really only one step ahead, it would be so easy. terrorism, that is the key. we already live in a police state now, sort of... but it is like it has a sunshine smiley face stamped on it.

to answer your question? well, yes, if i was bush i guess. but then russia too, why not include them. gosh, what would happen... maybe we shouldn't go there. they say be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.

that it is. except change friend to mafia man and the great enabler and there were some pick ups along the way toward the end. i think for the good part of that year, the first six months, i was all by myself with no contact with anyone and i wouldn't leave the house for two maybe three days after a time. very few pickups actually compared to the times i walked, bused and biked. oh yeah my bikes tires were slashed too.
