Why the hell would you not pull the foreskin back? You can get chemical burns from the ammonia if you don't practice proper hygiene, not to mention the awful smell that would develop quickly. Honestly, what sort of question is this?

Unless... Unless a man has a super tight form of phimosis and retraction of the foreskin is impossible... Other then that I can't think of a reason why a man wouldn't pull his foreskin back at least a little bit to urinate.

 

This is why my ex had to get cut. His skin wasn't pulling back and he was getting a lot infections. Every time he pissed it burned; it was awful for him.

 

I've noticed some times the head protrudes a little, I was just wondering if a guy had to expose the whole head to piss.

Being cut, I have no such problems, although having seen guys in public toilets, I know that not all men do. I wouldn't like to be their partner and perform a blowjob! With circumcised guys, there is no such fear for the person at the business end.

Pull back. Always. Better aim and more importantly hygiene. Pull it back in the shower too to wash and keep clean.

 

The only problem I have with pulling my foreskin back is that it feels soooo good, that I immediately push it forward again and repeat. Before you know it the big guy is at attention, I dont have to urinate anymore and I'm walking away from the urinal and going a stall to finish the job!

I usually don't pull the skin back until it's time to shake. My biggest problem is finding that shaking leaves piss all over the crotch of my pants. Generally I use a regular toilet in public and use toilet paper to dry up the extra urine. Otherwise I haven't had any health issues. Condoms are a whole other seperate issue.

Long Foreskin

I have a long foreskin and I have never had any problems, so for those who have one and can't easily pull it back, here are my comments:
1. Always inflate it when you pee, like inflating a small balloon. Hold the end closed and work your urine around inside before releasing it.
2. Every day hold it open and pour fresh water into it before working it around and releasing it.
3. Always do this before sex and, if the girl is willing, get her to take a mouthful of water and inflate it for you, she will enjoy directing the resultant stream.

The main benefit of a long foreskin is that it makes the orgasm much more powerful as it is worked back and forth during sex. There have been studies done on this and the head (glans) of the penis is much more sensitive.

Another advantage that I have experienced is that girls seem to like the longer skin cover and regard it as natural and beautiful (their comment, not mine). It is quite common for girls to caress and play with it and this can be pretty fantastic!

I gotta pull mine back. It was tight as a kid, but after a few tugs it loosened up enough. Splatters too much now if left covered, not a smooth stream. Yes, It's a more forceful hose-like stream, but I prefer that over the sprinkle radius... I Also squeeze the last bit out, like a tube of toothpaste. Otherwise you get those last few drops on your briefs.... Infections?! Deff not a myth, but just wash your crotch please (tight foreskinners- listen to the 3 steps the other guy said earlier. Still burning? go see a doctor!) Piss, jazz, spit, peanut butter left aywhere on your body is unhealthy; ever had conjunctivitis, pink eye?

As to whether I always pull it all the way back or not...I've never really paid that much attention. My main concern is aiming and not accidentally pissing on my leg or the floor.
