I can honestly say, that not once in my entire life have I ever pulled it back when taking a piss, I've also never had an issue with hitting where I'm aiming either, and I've never had an issue with hygiene or infection, cause I shower.

Well your foreskin must be short then. A funny thing happened to me once, it was before my street got the proper plumbings and we all had either outhouses or septic tanks.
