i dont know the situation before this occurred, so im going to take a guess. she sounds like the type of girl that feels used when she has sex, and if your relationship sucks right now, ie: your fighting, and you ask for sex, she'll feel used. like thats all you want her for. she might only be able to have sex when she feels like she's in love, and maybe she doesnt feel that from you.
