Like this forum, you yanks are not the centre of the universe, anymore.

 

The "characters" were culled and now all that's left is the same old, same old.

You ban the prolific posting members, they still continue, just on other sites. One banned this time last year has over 20,000 posts elsewhere now.
All that banning achieved was a win for the other site and a loss of inspiration for here.

 

Very, very lame... no one made such a claim. You're still wrong... AND a sore-loser to boot!

Merely your opinion... quantity has little to do with quality. With very few exceptions, I would consider someone who has time to make 20,000 forum posts in a year to be dangerously out of touch with reality. Most banned members are not missed here - if you miss them, you should follow them and you won't be missed either.

 

I haven't lost a single thing, this forum has though. I cited only one previous member, there are others that are actively posting elsewhere too. As regards opinion, I'm entitled to mine as it's backed up by fact. You spurn a valued contributor to a forum because their annual post count is high? Tell me what does umpire2 think of that?

Certain banned members are missed here. Their input is missed. I do follow them, how else do you think I know of their activities?

Now you are in the penalty box for twelve months, if you last that long...

 

Far more have come and gone than have been banned...

Most of those I remember being banned complained a lot about this forum not being the same and not liking the mods so maybe banning them was the best thing for them. Especially if they are so happy somewhere else. They where being done a favor.

General discussion to me is not much like a porn forum anyway.
Some of the "fucking" words I might use here would have me banned elsewhere. The wide open wild ass forums in usenet where the best but those days are long gone.

As for other forums I have not found any I care about...

 

If you want something enlightning to discuss then start a convo yourself.....don't rely on us boring fucks to entertain you, as you say, it'll never happen.

I'm a bit confused. Do you mean slow as in not many posts or slow as in how long it takes for something clicked on to appear? Firefox is telling me that every time I click on something it tries to connect with www.pingthisdomain.com. A while back I had a problem with the forum trying to connect to banner-script.com. When those issues are gone the forum loads posts rather quickly.

 

Twelve months, eh? And who agreed to that, exactly? I know I didn't.

Which begs the question...how long will you last before you come a begging. Again?
