And that is not to say it's natural opposite, extreme thinness, is better either. Looking like a POW in an effort to reach a twisted ideal of beauty is as unhealthy as looking like a hippopotamus.
Obesity deforms and corrupts the natural beauty of the human body. And that doesn't even begin to cover the numerous diseases and conditions obesity is associated with.
