I do agree with this point. Zimmerman should have followed the 911 operators instruction. He didn't and now a beautiful young black man is dead.

 

That would be like fighting a war by following the tactical orders of a man 10,000 miles away. Oh wait, we did that once. It got a lot if good people killed and we lost that war. You make your own tactical decisions.

And if i understand what you're saying correctly, Trayvon's death is Zimmerman's fault because he somehow enticed the young man into returning to assault him? That sounds an awful lot like arguing that a rape victim shouldn't have been in the park after sundown, so it's her fault she got raped.

The jury is sequestered. That is as fair as they can make it.

Proceedings were dismissed today without a finding. So deliberations will go into at least two business days.

They are not deliberating over the possibility of riots.

They are trying to construe the evidence in such a way as to show that Zimmerman is guilty of something. Every hour that they spend in this effort further demonstrates the difficulty of the task.

Did the prosecution even make a credible case for a manslaughter conviction? I suppose we will find out sometime next week.

I voted against. I honestly do not expect that there will be riots. I think that even if Zimmerman is acquitted, it will fizzle.

 

If I owned a twelve gauge shot gun I might welcome the legal opportunity to kill a few rioters. During the Rodney King riots I felt blood lust for the first time in my life.

However, I dislike guns. I do not own a twelve gauge shot gun. It is too late for me to buy one and learn how to use it. I do not even know where I could learn.

What would be best for my safety and my political goals would be an acquittal and no riots. Riots will benefit the GOP and may result in my death.

Nevertheless, widespread riots on behalf of what was obviously a worthless ghetto thug would help to weaken the constraints of political correctness. I agree with Bill Clinton that the United States needs a dialogue on race. However, I would modify the agenda of the dialogue somewhat to include a candid, public, unconstrained, and even an angry discussion of black social pathology.

Two generations after the civil rights legislation was signed I think whites have the right to expect better behavior and performance from those people. Regrettably, they cannot help it if they are less intelligent on the average. Charles Murray has acknowledged that people do not deserve their IQ's.

Nevertheless, they can try to stop committing all those crimes and having all those illegitimate children. Whites are not forcing them to do those things.
