I would honestly say yes, depending if I was attracted to the person in the wheelchair or not. Wheelchair users are still normal people to me.

I was in a wheelchair for several years until I had surgery to fix the problem.

In fact I met my wife while I was still in my wheelchair she slept with me on the first date.

The mere fact that someone's in a wheelchair wouldn't stop me. On the other hand, I'm aware that some conditions which leave a person wheelchair-bound also mean that they can't enjoy - and in some cases are barely capable of even having - sex. So without knowing further details I probably wouldn't be trying to drag her into bed.
