Well, again, I have actually had similar things like that happen. I agree that a lot, if not all, of us men think a lot with our cocks. But I do believe that though tempted and very wanting, there are still some of us that still allow the heart to speak a little louder. I think about sex with another woman all the time...the product of having a very non-sexual wife. But...there is also the desire to stay faithful...and though I have definitely played on here quite a bit, I am yet to allow that to steer me into the arms of another woman while I am married. Does not mean that Kimiko sliding her tender fingers up the inside of my thigh would not guarantee the same reluctance. I rightfully admit that it is probably a matter of the right woman, the right environment, and the right situation (a month without sex), and I would probably grab her and take her in the dimly light stair case. I don't feel guilty at all. I'm accountable for my own behavior and mine alone. I am in two deeply committed relationships and we have our own boundries. Other couples need to deal with their own issues.

No problems with guilt on either side here. Most of the time I am logged into XNXX, kit is sitting at her computer not more than 3 feet away. Being completely open and honest all the time prevents all sorts of misunderstanding and hurt down the track, and is the basis of the relationship we have.

We [in the US] tend to think of sex as both dirty and bad...yet we are all products of the sex act. We tend to think boobs & bootys are somehow evil. So half our population has a blind spot. Thats why this forum & others can be so helpful. Talk about it; LEARN about it.

I was transferred from a good middle school to an ok city Catholic school around age 11. FIRST week; boys at recess said 'don't be alone with the Priests!' Thought that was just a rumor... they were not kidding. Yet in religion class a stern Irish-Catholic nun said to us: "Sexuality is one of the greatest gifts God gave mankind." It was clear that she was serious. She continued: "If you ever find yourself in a sexual situation that you feel you can't handle simply pray and you'll be removed from that situation."

I've never thought of sex as both dirty and bad. I've known a fair number of people (Americans) who haven't thought of sex as dirty and bad. If you want to discuss the puritanical roots of America and how, as a general society, sex in its very nature is something of a taboo then I could understand that. If you even wanted to talk about the double standard of a sexual woman (vs a sexual man) I would understand. However, to brand all Americans as having a "repressed" label simply isn't truthful. The myth doesn't need to be perpetuated.

Also, never ever have I ever thought of boobs and booties as evil, ever.

 

I think perhaps it's a generational thing, or maybe depends on how much religious upbringing you had. Although my father was very dismissive of religion, and my mother tended more toward a New Age mindframe and dabbled in spiritual healing, I was sent to a Catholic school myself. I was not fortunate enough to come across the enlightened attitude that the previous poster did. The nuns that taught us Religious Studies told us such rubbish as 'wearing a bikini is adulterous' and that you shouldn't sit on a boy's lap without a telephone directory between you.

So basically I was brought up (from the age of 10) with the idea that that sex was wrong, and dirty, and never discussed in polite society. Add to that the Christian concept of original sin (stemming from Eve's corruption of Adam) and you have a whole raft of negative influences rooted in the psyche of millions. Now religion is less important to many sections of society, some attitudes have changed, at least here in the UK. However, I understand that there is a lot of Christian fundamentalism in the US that perpetuates the kind of attitude that I grew up with. So you are lucky to have been brought up with a healthier attitude toward sex and the human body.

 

Dr. James Dobson of the christian organization Focus on the Family once said on the radio that in America kids are taught that they should remain virgins until marriage. Then they should have sex often and with great gusto.

I believed that and followed it. The problem was that my wife can't get her head around the part that sex is ok after marriage and still considers it dirty.
