Eh... I was 18 when I first lost my V card...But I lost it with a 15 year old hahaha. (It was legal. By Maine Law it is from Birthday To Birthday, her birthday had not come around yet. Its to protect the older person since it doesn't make any sense to say you can fuck her the first half of the year but not the second half. Sorry to break your heart but, your outdated comment should be directed toward these other countries! When a law is made or rescinded it must go up through their parliamentary procedures to be added (or removed in this case) such as how oral and anal are still technically illegal in over 20 states but, never enforced as such? Most of these ages were set in place when the average age of mortality was 30 due to disease, war and pestilence! Figured you might want to know this, no offense meant so I hope none taken?

I wonder, If I will, What this has to do with our president? This is a real question, not someone trying to start an argument. Our Chief of Staff was sworn into office in Jan 2009 and the PROTECT ACT of 2003 is the governing law surrounding the topic at hand. Like I said not beginning an argument, just questioning the question against reason and logic. Although I agree that we are lacking in some areas as in GAY rights, I do not see how civil rights has any reason to change protecting minors from perverts that want to have sex with 13 year olds.

Spain is CURRENTLY 13 but in the very near future it will be 16 as the European Parliament have been giving Spain grief over their 13 year old law. It used to be 12 until recently!
