Well as a couple have said it is most likely due to them being hounded by the sex starved pervos wanting attention and sex. I will admit I wouldn't mind a nice go with a lovely gal, certainly have made my share of attempts though I try to be courteous and not open up with "Hey come fuck me slut" and so forth.
