In short, I'm busy. That's the only reason I don't have time to live on this board and give the avatars all the TLC that they apparently need.

The avatars do not seem to grasp that I don't really give a damn whether this thread is on page one or page ten. I just won't think about bringing the story threads back until this thread is way out of sight and the avatars lose interest.

And I am past the point of caring very much whether the story threads come back. All but OHT's poetry, which is a shame.

This thread is also entertaining Stumbler, which in and of itself is an acceptable tradeoff.

Many years ago Fred Allen and Jack Benny had competing radio shows. Each would savagely attack the other on their show. More recently Jimmy Kimmel and Matt Damon have a similar feud going. In both of those cases the battlers were best of friends. This situation with Clarise is somewhat like the above except the best of friends part. Don't know Allen or Benny....Google. *winkin at Brandi...

 

But, according to him, that magically proves we're NOT socks...or something...?

It's hard to follow his ramblings sometimes.
