    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    It sounds like you have story to go behind that, and you might even have been wronged and are suffering. I'm sure most here will feel uncomfortable helping you ruin someone's professional life without further information at least. I have a law degree, and can likely tell you about basic employment law, but I don't want someone hurt from my advice. I guess my best response to you would be this: If this guy really deserves it because he wronged you, then there are proper channels to address and rectify his behavior. Go to superiors, local mediators, etc. If you do something that will get him fired, you may indeed feel satisfied that you "got him back," but consider the likely people in his life who depend on his employment whom you would also have harmed.

    Things like this done in haste usually come back to bite you in the ass...you would need documentation...dates, times, what happened, witnesses, etc., or else it's your word against his...and if the company deems you the troublemaker, you may lose your job. Also, if you lie about ANYTHING just to get him fired or do this out of spite, then look out.

    If you work in retail, follow the chain of command. Supervisor - Assistant Mgr - Store Mgr - HR.

    Hard to give any accurate advice without a bit more info. In general, there will be legit channels to go through. I would assume your company has some form of harassment policy. Try to stay on the "high road" here. Don't stoop to his level. Remember, who sows the wind will reap the storm.

    If he is your boss, and is making unrealistic demands on you, that is a problem.

    The most important single factor in a job is a good relationship with your boss. If you and your supervisor genuinely like and respect each other, you are way ahead of the game. If this is not true, there is a problem, and it is probably your problem.

    The only person who can usually survive a hostile relationship with a boss is someone whose work is essential to what the boss is trying to achieve, and if the boss will have difficulty replacing the person.

    If this "bully" is a co worker your situation is not as serious, but it can still be a problem if your co worker is popular in the organization, and you are not.

    If this person is not doing something the company would consider to be a problem, your best option is probably to keep your position while trying to find another job, or at least another position in the company.

    Life is not fair, but to a considerable extent it is understandable and predictable. If you understand how and why things happen, you are less likely to make serious mistakes in your life.

    I estimate that about 2/3rds of real sexual harassment is never reported.

    Of the 1/3rd that IS reported, half are lies made up by women to screw over some guy they don't like; some guy that DOESN'T find them attractive; or some guy that stands in the way of their own promotion.

    HR doesn't seem to really care if accusations are the truth or not.

    If this person has a reputation for being proper a charge of sexual harassment is likely to backfire. It is only likely to work if he is known for using bad language, telling dirty jokes, and making off color complements.

    sadly it works both ways.. ive reported a coworker for saying something extremely inapropriate to me and not only did 30 people witness it he admitted it.. he still has a job and has continued to make sexually charged insults at me. Saddest part i work for one of the worlds largest companies... i also had my email hacked at work and a nasty email sent to all of upper management and the guy who did it admitted to it and didnt get fired... but If i wanted to push it i have a great lawsuit... but im not a pussy i simply invited the one guy to breakfast after work.. and told him off work property if he said something like that in front of everyone again i'd break his fucking legs off and piss in the wound... so now he keeps his comments under his breath.. and all i have to do is glare at him he runs... little bitch
