True also about the Star Spangled Banner being hard to sing I also think America the Beautiful is a wonderful song. But one is about the beauty of the land the others about the people never giving up. They both have there place and The Star Spangled Banner's place is as the national anthem.

I had a job at the bakery that makes moonpies, i didnt think they were sold to far from outside of chattanooga. Learn something every day.

 

The reason is English is the primary language spoken here and to function in society they need to be able to communicate with others. Now they can still speak their native language but you can't expect the rest of society to learn every language. The US population didn't learn Russian, Italian, Greek, or Chinese. For the record Americans in other countries should be able to speak their language.
