It's only fair we factor in how much bigger he is than the dog and figure out how many more floors up we have to go to throw him off so it's all fair.

 

He should have left Yapper at a dogs home or animal shelter.

Its like babies;
Abandoning them in a hospital waiting room is safer for them then doing something crazy like leaving them at a bus shelter.

 

We just had some asshole throw a Chihuahua out his car window here. Poor little dog has cast on both front legs now, asshole driving around free...wish they'd caught his ass and put him in a body cast.

 

Things like this make me sick, I watched a man throw a baby kitten out of a car going 40 mph. Luckily Smudge (the kitten) was fine and I found him a good home. But they never found the asshole that threw him. It's disgusting.

 

I live close enough to the city that people just slow down to a crawl on the gravel road open the door and kick whatever pet they have out.

I got 5 cats and a dog that way.

Sometimes we don't find the dogs soon enough and they turn feral then someone shoots the dog or if they can catch them the DNR or Animal Control take them and put them down. Personally I'd rather run into a wolf or coyote than a feral dog. Dogs have little fear of humans unlike their distant cousins.

Sometimes in the spring enough people leave dogs that they form packs.

edit. I am an animal lover myself as well before anyone says anything. I've had many pets over the years and been well upset when they have died and I hate animal cruelty in any shape or form.
But so many human beings die or suffer at the hands of other (so called) human beings yet there is less outcry about them.

People who harm children sometimes start with animals like this guy and show no respect for life in general. It's very important they be identified and investigated thoroughly.

 

They're not a hard enough target. You'd have to train them like soldiers first. They'd make good targets for run of the mill grunts though.

 

That is why we should be advocates in stopping either animal or child being abused. At least children have more protections than animals and in most cases are less disposable.

I don't agree with cruelty to animals.
What is really the difference in farm animals and dogs and cats and all farm animals are domestic animals.
Some people eat dogs and cats. Some don't.
Some eat pigs. Some don't.
Different people have different thoughts on which animals they should eat.
Animals are property. Who gets to decide what a person is allowed to do to their property?
