No matter how much she cleans, there is always risks in having anal sex without a condom. I say use one! Better safe than sorry.

 

If you've both been tested and you know you're both clean there's not a big reason to worry.

The biggest thing to be sure of is to not go into her vagina after having been in her ass. If you tend to go more than once a night I strongly suggest you clean yourself very well before you go back into her vag. It can lead to vaginal infection (yeast/bacterial).

It's always a good idea to use a condom. That goes without saying. But it's not NECESSARY for anal...if you're sure you're both clean.

Don't be surprised if you don't get to anal intercourse on the first night. It can take some time to "loosen her up".

It's best to try doggie style first. This gives her the ability to pull away from you if it gets too painful. Let HER be in control. If she starts to say "stop", "don't move", "wait" whatever, LISTEN TO HER. Remember, if you get overzealous now she might not ever want to try again.

She CAN (if she's worried about disgusting you) use an enima to "clean" herself before. Generally she'll want to do this a few hours before the "event" so she has time to expell everything. As far as safety goes, it depends what you are worried about. No condoms are 'approved' for anal use, but if your worried about STDs from blood contact, than better than nothing. As far as other infections go, you should pee shortly after finishing. Otherwise, the skin of the penis and the vagina are fairly resiliant, so the risk is low. The main risk is from bugs travelling up the urethra - low risk in you cos' its long, higher risk in her if you go near the vagina before giving yourself a good clean.

I think the idea behind this is that the woman has control of the penetration and can go at her own pace. But she's working way too hard and is in the completely wrong position to relax sufficiently. If the guy can't take it slow and do it right, why are you trying anal with him in the first place?

In my experience and opinion, anal sex is not necessarily about domination or humiliation. Many people see it and practice it from that point of view, but that's just how they do it. You can do the same thing with any sex act. For me it has always just been sexual variety, not power play.

As for control, you don't have to have the upper hand physically to be in control of a situation.

A good compromise might be to do it while spooning. The woman can move fairly freely, and she can get pretty relaxed as well. I did this once and it worked great. She initiated-- in fact she did most of the work, since she woke me out of a dead sleep-- so obviously she had plenty of control.

 

I'd like to hear a gay or bi man's opinion on this squatting position. I've never heard of two men doing it that way. Seems like they'd have picked up on it if there were advantages.
