Please can any one say what has happened to the author Ka hmnd please. I really miss reading his stories like many others.

 

He removed his stories when the age requirement was posted so it appears that he has, once again, boycotted the site.

 

His epic stories under Kenneth Hammond are still here ... for now.
He is against censorship on Porn Sites.

 

I sent him an email to find out what happened. As soon as the admins started pulling some of his stories, he pulled them all himself.
I hope he finds a new place to post, along with the other authors that left or had stories pulled.

So, in case anyone is wondering
Just went to see if Magusfang posted a new story and the Northstar series is gone so I emailed him and turns out you can't even make reference to a sex act with a minor - even if the act never occurs. Evidently in the first chapter one character is described as being rescued before she can be raped and that is enough to get banned. I have a feeling that he isn't going to post here anymore, he's pretty pissed that the story followed the rules and still got banned: “5. You may not post any text featuring any sexual character under 16 years old (memories are allowed; however they must not be descriptive or graphic).”

Oh, and because of that one reference, which doesn’t violate the rules, he and his entire series have been banned! So it looks like it didn’t take long before a free speech site turned into a police state with just one rule change!

I'm pretty sure he's not coming back either.

 

I hope that this place hasn't turned him off of writing entirely as he has not written any new stories at his new bar either.

The girls have been neglected for weeks now.

 

He made comment earlier about getting involved in school again and possibly having problems writing. Give him time and he will likely post new chapters in both Northstar and GITG

Google him it will tell you about other sites he has posted on.

 

Unfortunately, most of the sites that I have seen are either:
- this site
- mirrors of this site
- someone else's site that links to this site
- re-posted by someone else, but still giving him credit

I haven't found any that look like he has posted them himself. Doesn't mean they aren't there, just means I haven't seen them.
If I DO find where he is posting, I'll do my best to PM everyone in this thread.

OK so I saw this new age restriction thing, I thought that the story/ies gets pulled and you get a text warning you about this.

Now I read that you get banned...

Do you get banned? Just curious, since younger than 18 is still statuary rape (in my mind) and I don't want my number one series to get into trouble due to that.

The restriction is not based on any local laws regarding statutory rape but is a simple number: 16 years old.

If you have a character involved in sexual acts before they reach that magical birthday then your story is vulnerable to removal and you are vulnerable to sanctions according to mods instructions.

Please note that a story was removed because a sexual act was INTENDED against one younger than 16 even though those who intended that act were stopped and killed before any consummation of that act. This implies that even imagining a sex act involving a character under the age of 16 can subject the story and author to those sanctions.
