I'm a 28/30 B cup.. depending on the manufacturer.

I love women with small tits and big puffy nipples. My wife is a 34B or A depending on the bra. Since her tits are so perky and she loves men and women looking down her low cut tops she hardly ever wears a bra. I've "known" two girls with DDs and in my opinion they were too big (I suppose if the woman is 6'4" and weighs 275 pounds, they would be proportional).
