Bush inherited peace and prosperity, and created a mess. Obama inherited a mess he has not been able to clean up. That is the difference. Moreover, the country is gradually recovering from the Third Bush Recession. The first one happened under GW's father. The second two happened when GW was president .

When Obama was inaugurated the unemployment rate was 7.8 percent. On May 1, 2014 it was 6.3 percent.

That is an achievement, when you consider that the GOP has fought him every step of the way.

I do not think the American people are repulsive and deranged. We elected Obama and reelected him, remember? I think a significant minority of the GOP is repulsive and deranged. These people even hated Clinton, although the country thrived when Bill was president.

If Clinton would have stopped molesting women he might have been able to handle everything that was happening. But we all know what Clinton thought was the most important. Getting a blow job and lying under oath was much more important.

Same thing if you believe the unemployment rate is under 10% now. Look at the number of people on govt. benefits. Look at the number of people who have quit looking for a job. Look at the number of young people who have had to move back in with their parents. Look at the illegals were are not taking care of. Take special notice of all of those who came in recently since Obama put out the welcome mat.
The American people did not elect Obama. He was elected by those who do not work, those who depend on others to pay their bills and raise their families, by the growing number of govt. employees. Try looking at the number of govt. employees now compared to before Obama took office. If the unemployed would not have went to work for the govt. the % rate would be much higher.

You must be one of those who depend on others to pay your bills. What do you think the true working people think about you and your kind? I can see where you would not think much of the workers in America. You probably think Obama is pulling all of the money he has been spending out of his wallet. How many of the Obama phones do you have? You do realize Obama has spent more than all of the other presidents combined? Do you think that was his money?

Really? Bush inherited Clinton's mess. You know, that Osama Bin Laden fellow that declared war on the west, and proceeded to blow up embassies, Marine Barracks, our military ships?

Bush had a choice after 9/11. He could follow in Clinton's footsteps, which is to say, lob a few cruise missiles into the dessert, or he could get serious.

He got serious. You can disagree with his strategy, but you can't say he sat by and just blew off (pun intended) the attack.

Yes, Bush led us into a recession. A lot of Presidents have had to deal with recession. Most of them, save Roosevelt and Obama, managed to turn things around during their terms. Roosevelt didn't, not until WWII cranked up the economy. His Job Corps didn't turn the economy, but it did get some work out of otherwise unemployed Americans.

Obama hasn't. Your "lookit, lookit, the unemployment rate is "only" 6.3% is a silly fact to point to. Cause, it draws attention to the 1.3 MILLION long term unemployed, who are now all but unemployable, who are now sucking off of Social Security disability, food stamps, and welfare. In case you don't know, that's about 1% of the US labor force. Not productive, haven't been for years, probably won't ever be again, many in what should be their prime earning years. Instead, they've become wards of the government.

That, Obama owns all by hisself.

And, the debt when Bush left office was $11 TRILLION, fueled in large part by the war on Bin Laden.

Today it is

Obama has had over 6 years to at least slow the debt. He hasn't. He won't.

Obama promised to get us out of Afghanistan. 6 years ago. He said we'd leave when the job was done.

It isn't.

But we're leaving, and all that means is, we'll have to go back in there, start all over again, and hopefully get the job done right this time. Pretty much every American, Afghan and Iraqui that has died since 9/11 died for nothing. Cause Obama has refused to finish the job. All he knows to do is walk away, and, incredibly, declare mission accomplished (remember when Bush did that? Remember how the liberals howled?)

And incredibly, you and your liberal buddies blame it all on the Publicans.

When Obama owned the White House, and the Senate, and the House, he was all but dictator. He could have fixed the economy. He could have fixed the war. He could have done just about anything he damn well pleased.

What he did was, he gave us Obamacare.

And even today, less than half the American people support Obamacare. 52% would scrap it entirely, or significantly change it.

When Obama had the white house, the senate, and the house they proved they do not know what to do. All they had to do is come up with some idea. The best idea they could come up with was Obamacare. That did more harm than Bush ever did in both terms. That is the only idea the democrats could come up with. Even then they failed.
Their own idea and they couldn't pull it off. Maybe we could trade them in for a few 2nd graders. They could not possibly do any worse.
