So Shooter sees where this teenager, Chase Culpepper, who happens to be "transgender", was required to remove his makeup before he was photographed for his drivers license. He was offended. Now, he's got the lawyers involved and is getting ready to sue.

And here he sees where this student tweeted that he "kissed a teacher". He meant it as a joke, but school officials missed the humor. They suspended the student. This offended him. Now, he's suing the school, cause you know, it was a joke and what the school did violates his right to free speech.

And theres this other kid suing a Texas school district cause he's been bullied. Turns out, this 16 year old prefers to wear girl's panties, cause, you know, it makes him feel "pretty". The problem is, he let his secret out, and now he's getting bullied by the other kids. Called a sissy. Fancy pants. The Thong thug. And so on. He's suing cause, you know, it's the schools fault.

And he sees where the Obama administration honored a group of those "illegally residented Aliens" for staying in school. That pissed off the border patrol, and probably a bunch of high school students who are here legally and who also stayed in school, and were snubbed by the administration, you know, cause they are real live actual Americans.

And here comes the son of Michael and Jill Lordan. Their son made a bomb threat at his school, or maybe only responded on Facebook that "they didn't find the bomb, it goes off tomorrow". In any case, he claims it was humor, the district missed the humor part, ans suspended his ass for 23 days. Now he and his parents are suing for the usual mental anguish etc. and point out that his grades dropped, he missed after school activities, and he's scared that the suspension will be revealed to colleges he applies to.

A Portland student and his parents sued their school after the rascal was suspended when the school learned that he was part of a group of students who purchased alcohol and rented a limo for a school dance. The student, a lacrosse player for the school's team, is now concerned that his scholarship opportunities will be eroded, and that his suspension effected his playing ability.

Then there's the student who was told, on her last day of school, that her dress was "inappropriate" (too short) and she was sent home. Her mother, in a show of solidarity, wore the dress to her daughter's graduation and dared officials to declare it "inappropriate". Officials did not react at all. Now, mother and daughter are claiming emotional distress, you know, cause the was the last day of school and should have been a joyous day, and instead she cried when sent home. Mom is upset cause, you know, she organized a demonstration and no one showed up.

A South Carolina student sued his school because teachers are allowed to pray with students and attend after school religious based activities using school facilities. Mind you, our young master has no issue with religion, although he admits he is a practicing atheist. Nope, his issue is that because of the practices, non religious students are not held in the same high regard as their religious counterparts; you know, something like not being the cool kid or part of the cool crowd. His claim is that because he doesn't join in, he's left feeling, you know, left out.

So here's the point. These little fucks and their parents think the world revolves around them; the schools need to accommodate every whim and every little difference, or you know, their delicate egos will be damaged. You know, school is supposed to be a fun adventure, and for whatever reason, it isn't because the damn administration keeps not having a sense of humor. Or a sense of respect for differences.

What the hell people, suck it up. You're there to be educated. The school shouldn't give a damn what your sexual preference is, and they shouldn't honor your demands for special treatment cause, you know, you like to wear frilly panties. The school shouldn't have a sense of humor when it comes to bomb threats, and slurs on teachers, and illegally buying booze. The school shouldn't give a damn what you wear away from school, but leave your Saturday night party dress for........Saturday night. The School isn't there to prop up your delicate sense of self, or accommodate your endless needs for perfect equality.

They're supposed to be educating your sorry ass so you can survive in society. So, get an education would you?

The problem is one we caused ourselves. We decided the school should raise our children The we decided the teachers were too strict on our kids and not strict enough on the rest of the kids. Then the lawyers got involved. For a price they will do just about anything. Right or wrong does not matter. Cash talks. I you do not have the money to buy a lawyer or your gripe isn't exciting enough to be noticed on tv then your kid has to suck it up.
Most parents will find the cash somewhere to pay the lawyers.

We live in a society that thrives on litigation, so maybe they are preparing the little ones for the real world.

 

We elect lawyers for our leaders.
Maybe we should change our choice of lawyers for leaders and elect plumbers.

We had a case here a few years ago a student who was born and who's birth certificate listed as a female but considered herself as a male got upset and started a campaign against the school because all female students were required to wear white caps and gowns for graduation while males wore black caps and gowns. As said before the student considered themselves a male and wanted to wear black. However as I said the birth certificate said female not male so she was legally a female even though she had her name legally change to a boy's name. Another point I must make before I continue is it was a private school named St Pius. Many would think that this would just the tip of the iceberg but no the only thing the school did was require her to wear a white gown because she was legally considered female. In fact the school stated several times that they most go by what the birth certificate says in regards to students sex. Neither side budged she still got her diploma but refused to take part in graduation ceremonies. All of this because a school's tradition didn't fit one person's views of them self.

It could have been worse.

stumbles could have come in to tell you that MOSLEM is an acronym for "Mother Of Some Lunatic Eastern Montanans".

 

I would love to say "you're kidding" to almost all of these cases, including Clarise's issue, but I'm sure they are all too true. Society at large has become too thin skinned, politically correct, and ridiculously litigious.

I would also love to say, "in the good old days....", but I'm sure if I thought about it enough, there were issues that people older than me looked at and said, "you are kidding" to those topics.
