I think you are justifying racism. Looking at numbers like that means nothing. Blanks have a higher conviction rate than whites BECAUSE of racism, not because the blanks have a higher tenancy towards crime.

Look up the crime rate of Jackson Ms. I already know it but you won't believe me. Look it up yourself and tell us all what it is. While you are looking check into what race of people just happens to be committing the crimes. Check into the race of the cops, city council, and all govt jobs. You might get a hint to what is happening.
I am sure my part of the country is a small % but that is where I live. Notice I said "where I live". Where you live might be different.
