    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Okay. I stated on another thread that I've resigned as a story site moderator. If the owner allows, I will continue as a forum moderator.

    My reasoning is this:

    The owner has the right to make any rule he wants (no redheads, no midgets, no Muslims, whatever), since he's the OWNER. He calls the shots. The cost of running this place comes out of his pocket. That makes him God of the website, since none of us pay squat to be here.

    I'm all for having rules. Without rules, there would be chaos. Look at your own town. If all laws and social conventions were thrown out the window, everyone would be fucked. It would devolve into savagery. Same with a website.

    BUT

    Rules must be clearly stated. They should be consistent. When a rule is changed, there should be a big announcement. It wouldn't that hard to send a PM to everyone, or even an email to every active member's sign-in addy.

    Changing rules is fine. Changing them and then removing the notice about them is not. As I said elsewhere, it's comparable to giving a speeding ticket or even revoking a license for breaking a speed limit that isn't posted.

    I can't support that.

    For me, it's not about the actual rule. The owner can set any age limit he wants. But he has to tell EVERYONE about it. It can't be a secret. At this point, that's what it is. He hasn't told the modsquad anything, so we haven't told you.
