    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

    The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Hmm... IMO there's good news and bad news. First the good news: You know how to use Photoshop, and if I believe the EXIF data of your picture you use a Hasselblad camera, state of the art, that beast costs 20,000+ $$. Now the bad news: Even though this is a nice picture I'm sure it doesn't show you. Apart from the fact that it was taken sometime last year.

    I don't want to bug you, but rules are rules. I'd love to see Little Missy posting a picture that really shows her... BTW, I'm not one of the "haters" you mention on the post-it sticker.

    I used photoshop to cut out the background and the camera is a Hasselblad. NO IDEA how u found that out are u a hacker or something? It is my brothers camera and I think it cost a few hundred. He is into ornathology. I think I might send more revealing pics to posters who give me support. No more public pics from me

Your picture includes the so-called EXIF data. These data are provided by the camera the picture was taken with, they can include a lot of information; you can delete the EXIF data of course. This camera, the Hasselblad H3D II-39, is a high-end camera, the 39 stands for 39 megapixel. It's nothing you can buy around the next corner. I checked the current prices in Germany, best price here is 15,000 Euro, and that's just for the body without any lenses. For professional photographs in ornithology this is a camera, yes, but a few hundred is impossible - accept if the guy who sold it to your brother is a junky who got the camera from a burglary.
