I don't think killing thousands of innocent people is right or justifiable by any means. Just because they don't play the same game of ball as israel is not a reason to kill them. People should learn to be tolerant of others and to keep their goddamn noses out of other people's business

 

Well, it's kinda tough for Israel to keep its nose out of Gaza's business when rockets keep flying into their territory...from Gaza. And it is pretty much Israel's business to protect themselves from a people who's only condition for stopping the attacks on Israel is Israel's complete and utter destruction. And these are the same people that elected Hamas, an organization designated as "terrorist" by our own USA, to govern them.

 

Israel needs to target the terrorist groups seeking to do harm to them.

NOT the mass slaughter of people who do wish to live in peace.
NOT ALL Palestinians hate Israel.

 

Israel is protecting their homeland, and they need to end HAMAS once and for all, but not by a full-scale massacre of innocents: that would bring Israel down to the terrorists level.

 

I don't think they will.... Israel just wants to live in peace. They made peace with Egypt decades ago and live next to them with no problem.

They will keep trying to make peace with the Palestinians no matter how pointless it seems....

 

There is a small difference with Israel (who do want to live in peace) and Hamas:

Unlike Egypt Hamas has not suffered decisive defeats in two major regional wars.
Unlike Egypt Hamas has not the leaders who decide peace is in THEIR best interest.
Unlike Egypt Hamas has not the leaders who would keep the peace irregardless of the terms.

 

I doubt there will be any peace with those Hamas terrorist. They are for the most part a proxy army of Iran. The Palestinians will first need to kick Hamas out themselves before they will ever have peace and security for their own people.

Hamas doesn't care about the Palestinians. They are simply pawns in this proxy war Iran is waging on Israel and the entire region...

That is the whole point, and one reason Egypt is more-or-less keeping quiet along with Jordan. Until the PALESTINIANS themselves are disgusted enough to oust Hamas, no true peace will come.
