I wanted to tell everyone, based on the number of encouraging PM's sent to me:

First - thanks to all for the support.

Second: I will stick around, though most of my focus from now, to the foreseeable future, will be upon the Chronicles of Elsa.

Apologies for my ranting and raving, and any consternation I caused.
Until the last few days, I never realized just how much of a eccentric (or lunatic in my case) family we really are on this site.

Have I missed something? I don't quite know what's gone on - has SnoLo has got upset because several people have suggested that CAW stories shouldn't be bumped up? Personally I agree, I don't like to open a thread only to read <bump>, its also very frustrating if one has a non-CAW entry posted alongside the compy, and one's story is continually buried. However the fact that a few of us are merely debating that is no cause for someone to over-react and leave. If there has been some other behind-the-scenes shenanigans then will someone please tell me what has upset SnoLo? He's a splendid chap, always bursting with enthusiasm - it would a shame to lose him from our little community here.

No, the debate of bump or no bump is not the reason for leaving.
I have had enough with a few others on the site, and a final private PM drove me over the edge to complete disgust.
I have considered many of you to be family and great friends...and will continue to regard all of you as so.
Behind the scenes shenanigans are exactly right, and not on the part of Ejls, WSF, or others contrary to what some might assume.

For the record, I'm not privy to any secret PM information, but it's fairly obvious who did this. I'm not going to pretend we all don't know.

 

I thought we all knew but where just not telling each other that we knew because i knew that you knew anyway and the only people who didn't know where new anyway so didn't count. The only thing that I know about PM's is that it goes away after a week.
