I have been coming to Xnxx for almost 4 years to read the amazing stories that are here, however I have noticed that authors who have posted stories with characters under 16 years old after a certain date have there stories removed but there are still stories up that have characters who are 10 years old and younger and they have been up for years. Some stories even involve those same characters being raped and murdered and sometimes eaten by cannibals. Yet authors like Jashley13 and others who's stories have nothing but consensual sex in them. I am really disappointed because if this a ban, it must be against new material. XNXX either needs to enforce the age restrictions across the board or do away with it, there can't be a middle ground. All that this is doing is turning away amazing authors and lots of readers. I am seriously thinking of leaving with those smart enough to get out.

 

Stories are removed as and when they are reported. It isn't realistic to expect anyone to read through every story to check it for content, so some stories still remain.

Whilst my personal opinion is that the recent rule changes are too strict, stories featuring pre-pubescent children aged as young as ten are an abberation that we could well do without, and I am glad that such tales are being removed. If you wish to go to a site that caters for such things then do so - however, I suspect that sites hosting child porn (even if only in literary form) will eventually come under the scrutiny of the various international law enforcement teams working to eliminate CP, and as a reader or contributor to such sites you may well find yourself personally under such scrutiny.

 

It's simple to report a story. You see the red triangle with the exclamation point in it at the bottom left section of my info, your info, every post's info? Find an offending story, click the triangle for that story, type in a short explanation and send the message. It will get acted upon.

Now, if you really want to be proactive, you can contact the Moderators and set up a payment system for them. For every story that they find and eliminate that violates the rules, pay them a bounty. Maybe five dollars per story. If you can do this, I'm pretty sure that they will work diligently to eradicate the site of the stories that violate the rules. :-D

 

I personally have zero interest in reading about young children in erotic literature. The same for beastiality, homosexual and other genre. But I think it should all be allowed to be posted. It's all just fiction. Read what you like, ignore the rest.

 

Why is it that almost everyone who complains about too much censorship uses the fact that they don't censor stuff as an argument in favor of censorship? Makes the complaints hypocritical themselves.

I'm not agreeing with the censorship at all, I'm just stating the fact that amazing authors are leaving (Jashley13 for example) because their stories are being taken down by people who don't like them. I don't agree with censorship on this site mainly because I feel it's extremely unfair for authors like Jashley13 to have their stories taken down because people report them only because they don't like Jashley's stuff. At the same time there is still other garbage on this site like I mentioned above because nobody bothers to report it. Sorry about the multi-posts everybody, this is my first time using the forums and I thought be hitting reply on a comment that would reply to that comment, not to the entire thread.

 

I am bummed because some of my favorite authors are leaving over it. Probably the most notable is Jashley13 and I think its a real shame because none of the character who have sex in his stories are in violation of the age restrictions. All it is is somebody who doesn't like Jashley13 trying to get him to stop posting stories, hell they went as far as death threats.

Okay, we get it(multiple times) - You're upset because one author's stories have been reported/reviewed and removed. Guess what. More than those stories are gone. No one is doing it because the are "out to get" the author. MANY of OUR favorite author's stories have been removed. If Jashely13 cannot create stories that fit within the site's guidelines, then they should post on another site where they don't have age restrictions.

 

Um, if that's the case, what does this have to do with XNXX rules? This entire thread was supposed to be about the rules and is more about an author who is getting tired of asshats threatening him? Please, dont use the sites rules as a reason to complain about something unrelated. Just make a damn post saying that people suck and they shouldn't be asshats to people.

Kinda like saying that Obama does bad stuff when all I'm really mad about is how my football team has played this year.

 

It has nothing to do with not liking his and other members stories....if they break the rules then they're removed.

The author can replace their deleted stories if they edit them to fit within the rules, if they have an inkling of talent they'll figure that out.

 

It IS Obama's fault that my football teams sucks this year. How?
