Depends if you're actually serious about it or not...

If you're not, you just act like your in a regular relationship and talk, I guess. And if you do cybering and all that, you just replace sex with that. Sooo you got a relationship.

And if you're serious, you actually meet up. Some people actually get married like this.
I've never been serious about a online relationship. Just something to do, I guess.

well i havent cybered since i was oh 14 and i did it for shits and giggles then and i've never done the internet relationship thing now i met my husband on a chatroom but i never had a relationship with him online

i pretty much prefer the real thing which ive never had a problem in getting

 

I never really liked internet relationships, I tried three years or so ago when I was 15.. It didn't work out. I've pretty much shied away from that.

 

i met the love of my life in a playstation chat room a year ago. i met the guy i just lost my virginity(WOOHOO FINALLY!!!) to over myspace, course he lives in the next town. i think its a great way to meet people that hang out with a different crowd. i've also cybered, because the love of my life was three years older than me when we "met" and lived in the next state over. my mom hated that, but hated it more when we broke up for a while and i started dating someone in the next town 6 years older than me.

 

I'm not disputing that the internet is a great place to meet people. It's just that I play a lot of MMORPGs and by an unwritten rule, no women play them, especially any women in Oklahoma.

If I met somebody on MySpace that lived 10, 20 or 30 miles away from me, that short distance of a relationship could work, no problem.

 

I play MMORPGS... although I live nowhere close to you.

I think that's what it is. Just a bunch of online games that you can play with other people on.

Like runescape for example, although it sucks.

Yeah.. World of Warcraft (My current game), Runescape, Dark Age of Camelot (retired), Star Wars Galaxies..

Usually games with a fantasy basis. Almost always focused around a single character that you rise to the top, try to "gear" out in fancy loot, armor, weapons, etc.

 

I used to play those when I was younger but now that I'm older and don't exactly want to be labeled a complete nerd (no offense of course that's just the way it is here) I barely play video games and if I do they're not fantasy

 

I don't take offense to the word nerd. I do when I'm rejected because I'm a nerd, however. Women refuse to go out with me all the time because I'm a nerd or because I listen to music that has melody or something really superficial like that. I'm a nerd, I wave the banner of the nerds proudly. Just don't hold anything against me!

And yeah, I like video gaming, but I'm kinda dying out on those recently.

 

I do have internet relationships. Relationship doesn't necessarily mean that you are intimate with one another. I have friendships with several people I've met online, but I keep it to online or the phone.

I don't cyber with anyone anymore. I use to, but it got rather boring and if you read what you wrote afterwards, it seems silly.

I have done internet relationships and cybered, Hell I still cyber in a roleplay format with my husband and girlfriend and regular cyber with my new boyfriend. I met my husband in a yahoo chat room and for most of our relationship it was online only because we lived a few states away and neither of us could drive. My girlfriend is an online only at the moment as is my new boyfriend. ((Wow, I sound like the uber slut))

MMO's are okay, and RPG's I think are retarted, Ive lost a lotta good men to WoW...

but that new Zombie game that you HAVE to play 72 hrs, its called "Dead Rising" I totally think they should turn that into a MMO in some type of city that would be sweet...

and i play some FPS's if you play them on the PC, we can own some shit up, lol never owned with a girl
