If I might be so bold to comment, JoeDirty only posts pics from substantiated websites that post disclaimers stating that all models are at least 18 years old. We've had a lot of complaints about his subject matter and Joe has always been forthcoming with his sources.

In 2007 or 8 a Mod was right in telling me that people are too stupid to go to the sites on the pics for themselves to see that they follow 18 U.S.C. 2257 and have the required Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement displayed on the site. Instead they must instantly knee-jerk and assume the worst.

 

That's exactly what newer members do - they assume. But Joe, you've always been honest and helpful so there aren't any doubts on our side.

I enjoy civil, erudite debates on controversial matters. In this I have few equals - deviousdave comes to mind - and no superiors. shadow walker and I usually agree.

On the other hand I am unskilled at insult contests. I lack fluency in obscene words.

Although I am courteous to a fault, I might benefit from no restrictions on what some consider "racist" comments. I would certainly benefit from the prohibition of flaming and obscenity.

Unfortunately, when I consider the number and quality of my adversaries here I fear that changes that would benefit me would not be good for XNXX. More posters would leave then begin profiles. It would take awhile for my reputation to spread on cyberspace for more posters to begin posting who merit my debate skills.

Yes I understand where you are coming from and I being opposite of you have had my face out there for many years back when no one else did but it made me a small fortune. Life has now changed for me and I no longer do that, however I wouldn't be opposed like you if someone whom I was friendly with wanted to exchange pics or webcam. I enjoy being able to see who I am speaking with after all most have seen me.

 

My facts are not "out-of-date" but never mind that. Calling a member of XNXX who is also a Negro a [derogatory n word] is "aggressive bashing" by any definition I respect. A poster who does that should be warned after the first offense, and banned after the second offense.

My parents taught me not to use the n word, and not to use obscene words. I learned their lessons well. I do not like it when others use those words.

I have been called a "fag" here, even though I am a heterosexual. I did not bother to report it. I thought the person who called me that was revealing bad things about himself, rather than saying anything at all about me. Nevertheless, I could call that "aggressive bashing" too.

You're right that calling a black an n-word would almost certainly fall into the aggressive bashing category.

Sure, they use the word occasionally. Most often for ironic effect. And sure, they could choose a different word. But one could say that of any word. Shit to sugar-cookies. Goddamnit to gosh darn it. Where do you draw the line with censoring words?

Honestly, I've been here a long time, and I don't think I've ever seen a person directly addressed with that word.

Maryland says Obama's been called that word. I haven't seen that either, but I'll take his word for it. But if it happened, so what? If Obama feels aggressively bashed, let him file a report.

P.S. DL, in 21st century North America, the word Negro is also considered pejorative. Just so you know.

I can't sleep and decided to log in, I began reading this thread and as an average person (at least I'd like to think so) I'm saying to myself "really?" You folks have to keep in mind you all are anonymous and whatever is posted on here really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things to a hill of beans. As for the notion there isn't many black folks on this forum how would one know that? As an older person I can truthfully say the N word was dying out among races other than the black race. Lately however it has been thrown about more than I can remember in 30-40 years. My personal opinion is if we as a civilized people stopped taking offense at the word, in a generation no one would use it. That is the strange thing about humans we allow mere words (which in itself can cause no physical harm to anything) to vastly affect our well being. Remember what you must be concerned with are actions not words.
