Aha! So you went for it.... see! good for you man.

I think it be a good for you to keep giving her compliments, make small chats (always a gentleman-respectful) before asking her out, unless you been going to the restaurant for a long time - she seen you regularly.

Pay close attention (in a subtle way not stalkerish lol) to how she reacts when she first see you coming in; Does she get nervous? blush? big smile? those are points for you to know if she really likes you too.

Why waste time? Well, if I'm not mistaken this is the first time you speak to her so allow her to feel comfortable, rushing could mess things up.

If you decide to go ahead and ask her out keep in mind that she have to follow the policies of her job therefore she may not be able to talk if you ask her out during work hours, so she could say 'no' even though she may be dying to go out with you.

If you have an idea of at what time she gets out of work plan for it so that you be coming to the restaurant ("accidental" bump-into her) that way she be free to answer to your invite.

Of course at the end you make your own decisions, take what you need from my post.

Moments like this is when i hate him.... wish so hard our paths had never crossed, but he followed me and tangled me. I do feel like i get away at times, but maybe I'm just kidding myself.... or maybe he's like a magnet and a force just drives me back to him..... The thing is that it seems like I'm a magnet to him too..... destined to fail.
