The problem there is that most politicians are self centred, money grabbing, self opinionated, posers who couldn't give a fuck what you want, but who want to get there hands on power and then money. God I hate them all.

I have the utmost respect for Al Gore; he appears to have found a cause about which he wishes to share his passion for, with the WORLD! I don't expect him to be a saint (I don't expect that from anybody), people can say he flies round in a jet, his Live Earth thing was a waste of time, etc. - BUT at a fundamental level he's got people talking (hell even my Dad (who'll usually shove his head up his arse when it comes to stuff like this) is talking about it). Nothing will change unless we start talking. We'll never agree to a total solution, and there's always going to be naysayers - BUT at least we're talking.

You may not agree with everything he says, but you have to admit that he's jump-started a much-need discussion about our health care system.
