Wonder if anyone is waiting for my two cents, sorry two dollars with inflation. Since I am actually in that situation. Having been a girl mind in a male body. I have to state I am categorically lesbian, cant even imagine wanting to be approached by a guy, even if I had had sexual reassignment surgery (SRS). I cannot explain why I dislike MEN in general so much. I don't know how many transgender mtf's feel the same way, but there are at least two in my group. I am fairly certain that many of them want the SRS and hope to have a loving relationship with a straight male.

There really needs to be some work done on identifying people with the "wrong" gender body at an early age. Not meaning that they should have arbitrary reassignment surgery but that they should be raised as they are, not as their body type requires. I believe I could have had a better childhood if I had been and IF IT WAS ACCEPTABLE. I always thought my Dad thought I was somewhat of a sissy. Well he was right, but I certainly hid it for along time. Of course in my time it was absolutely not acceptable. Christine Jorgenson the first publicly known one was circa 1950 I think. Could have been 1960, I just don't remember.
