If you suspect someone on here is committing a criminal offence, you should definitely report it to the moderators and/or appropriate law enforcement. However, (1) I haven't a clue which is appropriate law enforcement; where the server is held, where the account holder lives, where the person whose picture was stolen lives, or all three? And (2) depending on the type of offence, I'm not at all sure that anyone will really care either. Person pretending to be someone else is so commonplace on the Net that seems a waste of time even trying to enforce against it.

If you mean, expose them on this here forum, then no. Exposure of anyone's personal identity and/or details - true or false - is against the rules. You can PM people to tell them that Frank is really Betty, but you'll land in trouble if you say so here.

I know you aren't saying me but I'd never say someone's real name where they could be harassed off of here. Changing personal identity is too tiring of a process and life changing.
