After I've thought about this disclaimer idea should be put into place by all of those of us sick of how they are enforcing this rule.

Probably with something like this only longer. Say several paragraphs or even as long as possible. No character engaged in sexual activity is under 18 years old or is to be implied to be under 18 years old yada yada yada so on so on and unfortunately since a story can be pulled if it even hints at a character could be underage we must now include this long winded explanation at the beginning of all stories so heaven forbid someone cannot imply a character could possibly be engaging and any sexual activity before the age of 18 I cannot log on to super 1 for some reason super 3 no problem and me being back here any complaints about us having to include this should be directed towards I love My Job's in box. As I don't wish to be punished because some wishes to dissect my work looking for underage characters engaged in sexual activity even though there is no ages listed of no reference to any actual character under 18 engaged in sexual activity in my story.

The cut off age is 18. You cannot write about the sex life of a 17 year old. If that is too constraining, I do not think we need you here.

I had my stories removed long ago just for this reason. Even though all participents were 18+ they involved inexperienced MEN in their 20's that were not virgins with older women showing them new sexual desires. I now see they would have been removed anyway.

That's a harsh over-simplification. The administrator read the story first and the writer's name second. It's unfair to say I was targeted BECAUSE I'm a moderator. What we should take away from this is that being a moderator didn't sway the decision-making about whether the story fit the rules. That statement is accurate, and I believe the administrator and the rest of the moderators would agree.

Did I miss a beat? You, the other moderators, and ILMJ itself have all implied that you're bickering over the story precisely because ILMJ knew it was a reworked/censored underage story. How could ILMJ know about the story's past without knowing who wrote it?

Ahh, never mind. It doesn't matter.

 

The story popped up in some kind of search, possibly by theme tag. The story itself raised questions in the form in which it was originally posted on the story site in 2011 -- anything else about it was not a concern -- it was judged on the text posted. Standard operating procedure is to remove content judged to be in violation of the rules. The identity of the poster wasn't the major issue. Of course I was disappointed the story got pulled, but it wasn't removed because it was mine.

I have no idea who uses Google translate around here. I use it myself, sometimes, but its capabilities for translating or transliterating some of the textspeak lunacy I see on this forum are limited.
