Emile recently was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. The judge justified the sentence because Emile showed less than plausible regret for her actions, and dammingly texted her boyfriend and supposed father of the baby
“No more baby,” Weaver texted the man shortly after disposing of the newborn.
“What,” he replied.
“No more baby,” she texted again.
“How do you know?” he asked.
“Taken care of,” she answered, “Don’t worry about it.”
“I would like to know how you killed my kid,” he wrote.

Damningly, Walsh (Another reporter who covered the story) suggested that if Weaver had gotten her abortion somewhere else, just a little bit earlier, she would have been in the same position as Handler. "If that bathroom had been a clinic, if that trash bag had been a medical waste container, if the baby had been poisoned instead of suffocated, Weaver would be writing a self-congratulatory essay for a feminist website rather than filing a motion with the court of appeals."

Sounds like "justice" was administered. If abortion becomes illegal again then what she did will be the same. As it is the worthless, selfish bitch is guilty of murder and I hope she lives a long life...in prison.

The story is doubly stupid, as Ohio (where the events took place) has their "Safe Haven" law, which allows a parent to give up a child with no consequences.
