well i started off with quite a stir! got pulled into the anti jims movement then had it out with the pro jims supporters before squashing the beef.

i think cliques are a natural progression for people. after all we are social animals. if you hang out at a particular bar everyday you tend to make friends with the other patrons. its quite natural. and ofcourse if someone is your friend you get defensive if they are threatened or in case of online communities 'insulted, dissed, bashed, flamed etc etc'

i do believe however that most members here genuinely care about each other's feelings and opinions. even noobs get support if they ask for it, 'remember the whole alone is cold episodes?'

so, the vets stick together and have become friends. thats one clique

also people who you have things in common with tend to be considered a friend for me guys like troop & stumby.

for the girls, they are definelty guilty of online flirting with a select few. what can you say, they are girls. LIONESS,Getmehot & Bella i consider the coolest & most laid back. somluckylady is nice too!

(except with chris, you've got the wrong impression, which brings up another point that i'm trying to explain to him, but my man is stubborn ) it's natural and human, doesn't mean we're acting like high schoolers. do unto others as you want done to you. if you want respect, dish it out. if you want to be viewed as an angry person, put down others. but you've got to accept and expect the consiquences.

and yes, as soon as someone asks for help, advice, introduces themselves, we're all right there to help them out.

There are cliques to a point. But just the close groups of friends and most are mixed together. More the people who post alot or who have been here a long time are closer to eachother while the newer people like me arent in them

I guess I would say that the obvious fact we've been discussing cliques for more than a year they probably do exist. And might be troublesome.

 

Hmmmmm might have to disagree with you. I don’t need to give you a history lesson, but I think the numbers that worshiped him speak for themselves. The guy must have been dripping with charisma.

 

The man truly did have some genius, even it was misguided and he went bats later in life. He had a very good sense of beauty in architecture and clothing and symbolism.
