point taken, it is way too accessible to kids, but I guess there are few ways of preventing their access to it. like being a kid isn't frustrating enough, now they have to deal with sensory overloads and raunchy hormones at the same time!

 

I think spam and bullshit sites should be eliminated. You know the ones like those picture post that take you to another picture post and that one take's you to yet another instead of letting veiw the girl to which you were clicking on.

 

I am going to play devils advocate here. There is one potential issue with porn, just like anything else people do become adicted and they require more and more anf the perversity of what they desire grows. I had a lady come to me recently (some of you know why that would happen). She had discovered her husbands collection of porn DVDs and was concerned on a couple of levels. First off she counted 73 of them and most still had prices on the covers and they ranged from 15 to 35 dollars each, this comes to almost $1500.00 and they could ill afford that kind of expendature. When she looked into the files on his computer she discovered a 12 gig file that was password protected. After confronting him she gave him little choice but to open the file (she actually had a hammer in her hand and swore she would turn his laptop into fragments) she discovered the file was all porn and about one fourth was kiddy porn.

These discoveries did not sit well with her for a number of reasons
1. Was the financial aspect
2. Was the kiddy porn
3. They have a seven year old daughter and a ten year old daughter
4. He has not attempted to make love to her for months

She is a very attractive lady and misses the sex, she also told me she is pretty open in bed, even when it was something she didn't greatly enjoy she would do it with zeal. I spoke to him about this and he admits that she has always been there for him sexually. He is now going through theropy to save his marriage and relationship with his daughters.

This all started on the web. I am not saying the web needs to be strictly policed, but simply pointing out there are dangers, just as there are in drugs and booze.

 

No never enough but:

The availability of porn has desensitized us forcing us to crave more and more. Thus you are getting more extreme situations that are common place now but would have been shocking 20 years ago.

my answer is yes, I can't help it. I look at some form pornograhic material on a daily basis. and texasjammer is right, it can be expensive at times to maintain the availability. My comp has a few gigs worth of movies, not pics, pics don't quite do it for me like videos.

i have a healthy sex life but that changes nothing. I can have sex, cum, go turn on some porn just to masturbate and cum again.

Okay, I will admit as well, I am addicted to porn. What I found when I first got internet access, like most blokes, was that I couldn't get enough of it ... like a kid in a candy store. Now, I've only got about 50mb worth, and a lot of that is stuff that I've downloaded just to upload onto the forum.

Now I find that the only porn I look at is the stuff on this forum, and since I've been a moderator, that's become more of a job than recreation. I think the fact that I've been having regular sex for the last few months may be a factor though .......
