i was wondering for the dudes how yashave ur gential region...i trim it but im scared to use a razor to get it all smooth and scared to go shave around my scrotum areas...got any tips

 

An easy way is to get a girl you trust to do it for you. My husband has me do it for him, he can not even shave his own face without making it look like it was done with a lawn mower.

 

Trim it very short with scissors before you shave. ALWAYS do this. if you shave when it's too long, then it clogs up the razor and it gets very annoying with having to rinse it out after every stroke. Use plenty of shaving cream, and make sure you get one for sensitive skin, just any old shaving cream makes my scrotum tingle so fiercely it almost burns. Also, I use women's shaving cream (Skintimate for senstive skin) because it tends to be a lot more moist than most men's gels or creams. Men's is fine for shaving your face, but with how long it takes for the genital area, all the kinds I've tried tend to dry out and leave it feeling kind of tacky, which is BAD BAD BAD when shaving your balls. You want something that will stay slick and moist for the whole process.

For the actual shaving part, slow and steady is the best advice. It might feel scary with such a sharp object gliding over your balls and cock, but it's not all that bad as long as you're careful. Take your time. Shaving your balls can get tricky with how slippery they can get with the shaving cream/gel, but it really does feel good rolling your balls between your fingers, feeling for any stubble you might have missed. And with the hair on and around your cock (I've never experienced this with my scrotum however) if at all possible, try your best to avoid shaving against the growth of the hair. You might think that it'll get a closer shave, and it does, but this is the most coarse hair on your body and it'll leave annoying red bumps.

Personally, I HATE shaving my genitals, but I keep doing it because it's VERY worth it. I love the look of it, I love the feel of smooth balls in my hands, and sex feels a lot better with as little genital hair as possible. I don't like shaving all of the hair on my lower abs just above my cock, but I keep it trimmed very short.

If it's your first time, it WILL itch like crazy the first time. But don't let that put you off, the more you do it, the easier it gets, and the less itchy it will become. You really do get used to it until it doesn't itch at all.

I suppose so. I've never used one before, so I wouldn't know from experience. I just use scissors because they work, and then I don't have to go out and buy more gadgetry to clutter my drawers and cupboards

 

first time I did it I used electric clippers...even the clippers nicked me in several places, especially on my balls....I have kept it shaved close since then..never had a prob with a razor, however, if I decide to let it grow out and eventually trim it again, I will trim the longer hairs with sissors first.

 

One piece of advice: Don't shave against the grain. It causes Pseudofolliculitis barbae.

 

i've cut myself plenty of times with electric clipers, never have with a razor tho. plus at the local adult novelty store they have shaving cream specificly for down there.the one i got is called "coochie shaving cream" and it works great i dont get razor burn as much anymore since i started using that.

 

What ever you do don't use any of those hair removal creams that women use on their bikini lines.

Using an electric razor/trimmer is alright on you pelvic area in general, but not on your dick or balls... your playin with fire then, depending on what your using.. but shavin you dick and balls with a razor, well like they say use lots of sensitive skin shave cream, a decent 3 blade or higher razor... and most importantly:

TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!

yea it makes it alittle more time consuming for me about 15 mins sometimes alittle more depending on how long ago i shaved... but your chances of not knickin yourself and doing a nicer job is better
