Do you think this muscle tension? Are you nervous about sex? That could put your Vaginal muscles in a state of tension which might make your vagina really tight. If you think that this may be the case you should be able to get a doctor to give you a script for a muscle relaxant, or there maybe some yoga exercises to relax you. If I were you I would see a gynecologist, Preferably a woman, A woman will probably be a lot more understanding as she has the same equipment and could more easily sympathize with the problem. Anytime my wife has seen a male gyne, they dismiss these kind of problems without really understanding them. I think all gynecologists should be female. There is only one answer. Gynecologist, period. When a female is dealing with a problem in the vagina whether it be percieved or real they must see a Doctor because there are so many things that can go wrong if you try to find a way to fix the problem yourself. You can lose your ability to bear children for one. There is absolutely no shame in seeing a Gyn. for this, so don't allow anyone to tell you there is. Like Oldie said it could be as simple as tension. Some women are built smaller than others naturally and as they get older they outgrow it.
