I agree that capitalism must be protected and encouraged, but NOT at the expense of democracy and through ignoring the Constitution and the law.

Oh aside from election fraud, attempting to overturn a fair election! There are several potential legal issues facing Trump once he leaves office. Such as obstruction of justice, money laundering and campaign finance violations. Which could be another reason why Trump is so desperate to stay in office. Resigning so Pence could pardon Trump is still a possibility. But would Pence agree?

A Repuke senate would never, ever find Trump guilty of anything. But judges in courts of law are a different matter.
