Actually this is a favorite Trump tactic that if you watch @shootersa tries to employ quite often which is to try to falsely label and blame the left for what Trump and the Republicans are actually doing. We can see that being done right here on this thread and page in fact.

In Trump's case, as the mental health experts have been documenting, it is psychological projection. Its part of his mental illness to constantly try to project on others what Trump is actually guilty of. And since his supporters like @shootersa are actually cult followers with a shared psychosis with Trump's mental illness they try to do the same thing.

Just look at the actual definition of fascism.

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, as well as strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.

That describes Trump and his supporters perfectly. And so they try to claim its the others who are fascist. It makes no sense at all but works for their low information base that really don't understand the meaning of words or history.

Unmasked Protesters Push Past Police Into Idaho Lawmakers' Session

In Boise, the first day of Idaho's special legislative session erupted into chaos before it began. Dozens of unmasked protesters, some of them armed, shoved their way past state troopers to pack the gallery overlooking the state's House of Representatives.

The clash was a manifestation of the anger and frustration from a vocal minority of far-right Idahoans that has been compounding over the last several months as the state has navigated its reopening amid the pandemic.

To enforce social distancing, the gallery area above the House chamber was restricted with limited seating. But after the confrontation with state troopers, which resulted in the shattering of a glass door, Republican House Speaker Scott Bedke relented and allowed protesters to fill every seat.

The response stands in stark contrast to 2014 when dozens of advocates pressuring lawmakers to pass LGBTQ protections were arrested for standing silently in a hallway, blocking access to the Idaho Senate chamber.

On Monday, an Idaho State Police spokeswoman, Lynn Hightower, said she wasn't aware of any pending charges against protesters. The following day she released a statement saying that "Idaho State Police personnel determined they could not have made arrests on the spot without elevating the potential for violence," and that an investigation was ongoing into any criminal behavior "that may have occurred."

Right now, Idaho has one of the highest rates of new COVID-19 cases per capita, especially in Ada County, which includes the capital, Boise, according to the White House.

"I want to always try to avoid violence," Bedke later told The Associated Press. "My initial reaction, of course, was to clear the fourth floor. But we had room for at least some more."

He said he was more disappointed than surprised at the violence.

"I think we're better than that. I think that Idahoans expect more out of their citizens."

Protesters later made their way into committee rooms, defaced paper signs meant to leave one empty seat between those in the audience and laughed at one Democratic state lawmaker who refused to participate in the hearing because of the lack of social distancing.

The group of protesters included supporters of a far-right militia and anti-vaccine advocates who were at the Idaho Capitol to demand an end to the current state of emergency and blast a proposal that would limit civil liability for businesses, schools and governments.

The bill would also open up those entities to litigation if they don't follow laws and ordinances, including mask mandates issued by public health districts.

"The insanity of this bill is beyond me," said Boise resident Pam Hemphill, during a committee hearing Monday afternoon. * "We don't stop our lives, suspend our civil rights and panic each year for the flu."

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say more than 176,000 Americans have died due the coronavirus in the first eight months of 2020, compared with an estimated 24,000 to 62,000 people who died last flu season.

Idaho Gov. Brad Little, a Republican, called the legislature into special session last week to take up civil liability issues as well as election concerns from county clerks. They want to be able to count the massive influx of absentee ballots earlier than they can now under state law and have the option to consolidate polling locations to deal with an extreme shortage of poll workers.

The special session is also the result of months of intense pressure and blowback from Little's own party.

One state lawmaker referred to the governor as "Little Hitler" after he ordered the shutdown of nonessential businesses in late March. His lieutenant governor, Janice McGeachin, who is elected separately and has ties to militia groups, has openly challenged Little's reopening push by visiting businesses that flouted those timelines and welcomed customers back earlier than allowed.

And legislators pressured Little to relinquish control over the state's coronavirus response to regional public health districts, even threatening to come after his executive authority in the future if he didn't comply.

Still, most Idahoans appear to stand by Little. An effort to recall the governor over the summer failed, and three-quarters of registered Idaho voters polled in May supported his handling of the pandemic.

State senators overwhelmingly passed two bills related to elections laws Monday, which still need approval from the House. Lawmakers will continue to debate civil liability issues this week.

Homeland Security agencies are preparing for civil unrest as tensions climb leading into the last week of the presidential election.

“We have teams ready to go as needed … we don’t have any specific intelligence that suggests any particular threat of violence,” said Ken Cuccinelli, the senior official performing the duties of the Homeland Security deputy secretary.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is putting personnel on standby through next week’s election, according to a senior ICE official who spoke with CNN. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has been regularly training personnel — an extension of the deployments this summer, an agency official said.

CNN previously reported that since January, more than 60 meetings have taken place in an effort to prepare various agencies for all likely scenarios, including large-scale protests, according to a senior administration official, and nearly 100 meetings in the past year, two other law enforcement officials said. Meetings have included the White House National Security Council, the Office of Personnel Management, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the various intelligence agencies and the military, the official said. This level of contingency planning is standard practice ahead of a national election, the official said.

If Trump secures a landslide reelection on Nov. 3, federal and city officials told CNN that large-scale demonstrations are expected in major Democratic-majority cities across the country, especially in New York City and Washington, DC. Should Biden win outright, those same officials do not expect the same large-scale protests but are preparing for them nonetheless. Agencies are also preparing for the possibility that there is no clear winner come November 4.

Former CIA intelligence officer David Priess is also the author of the upcoming book “How To Get Rid of a President: History’s Guide to Removing Unpopular, Unable, or Unfit Chief Executives,” offered, “No matter what happens, President Trump is the President until January 20. He continues to exercise the full powers and duties of the office including receiving intel briefings and having access to any intel he wants and the power to run the executive branch. But law enforcement is also required to defend the Constitution, and that requires them to uphold the results of the election.”

*No there was no strategic breakdown. The strategy worked perfectly. Trump and his domestic terrorists have been calling for violent insurrection and a dictatorship from the beginning. They have never made any secret of that and this board is full of the proof of it. Two weeks ago it reached a crescendo with the far right organizing and admitting their planes to commit violence. And Trump gave them instructions and encouragement everyday.

They just overwhelmed the Capitol police who politely stepped out of the way and took over the Capitol of the United States of America which hasn't happened since 1812. The Trump terrorists brought our government to a halt while they looted, destroyed, vandalized, desecrated and 4 Trump supporters even died for him.

The only problem? Even if Trump was not mentally ill he would still be the most stupid and ignorant president in US history. And he simply cannot fathom the strength of our Constitution and our institutions that 230 years of rivers of blood have sacrificed for. He does not and cannot understand America . And it also clouds all the issues. It causes the press, or even gives the press the excuse, to not cover the actual issues of hate, bigotry, and racism, and instead stick to their favorite ratings generator of sensationalism.

But the real problem is their approach is downright dangerous. The reality is the fascist have won and now control the highest levels of our government. That is just the sad facts right now. And so not being great students of history as they try to claim they don't see the real danger or how easy it would be to repeat history again. I point out that the way Hitler actually gained all the power he needed to become a dictator is he sent out the SA to brawl with those protesting him. And then even though they had deliberately instigated it Hitler pointed at the violence and chaos in the streets and said he needed to declare an national emergency to restore order. And as soon as he declared a state of emergency it was all he needed to shut down the press, eliminate all his political opponents, seize total control, and vault the Nazis to power.

Which is why I am out there actively opposing and condemning Antifa and telling them they are really stupid, counter productive and dangerous fucks that actually need to be put in jail where they can become butt buddies with the KKK, neo-Nazis, the white supremacists, white nationalists, and the alt-right.
