Senators who had the opportunity to but never served in the military do not have any right at all to call our forces “emasculated.” Especially ones who cowered away when their wife was publicly insulted, being called “ugly,” by Donald Trump.

Poor Ted Cruz. He makes fun of the women in our military yet he didn't have the balls to serve.

I don't know why Ted Cruz would be worried about an emasculated military. He's been functioning as a United States Senator without balls since 2016. There is a chance he will be able to buy them back at a government auction , after the IRS seizes Mar Lago.

I can't imagine anyone bidding against him, except maybe his wife. She thought she had "right of first refusal" on Ted's cajones, and then one day she turns on the TV and sees him handing them to Donald Trump. This was a shock for her, as she believed her Senatorial spouse when he called Donald Trump Donald Trump was a “braggadocious arrogant buffoon, sniveling coward, and a pathological liar." It's understandable that Heidi Cruz would be confused by her husband's abrupt reversal of masculinity. During the campaign, when Melania Trump's nude photos were published, Trump seemed to blame Ted, and threatened to "spill the beans" on Heidi. The word "beans" is Ted and Heidi's bedroom talk for Ted's semen, and she had to assume Ted had revealed this to Trump, or perhaps shown him the videos.

Ted doesn't understand how she can recall stuff like that, because the primary requirement to be a Trump supporter is a very poor memory. This led to some tense moments in the Cruz household. When Ted asked Heidi if she were a MAGA wife, in her heart, she replied, "I support Donald Trump as much as Melania." This satisfied Ted

Sen. Ted Cruz got into a tussle with experts on Saturday — and it did not end well for the Texas Republican.

It started when the GOP senator was complaining about being labeled "Kremlin Cruz" by MSNBC's Brian Williams for sharing Russian propaganda.

Cruz said it couldn't be true, because he hates communists.

That resulted in historian Kevin Kruse asking if Cruz thought communists currently run the Kremlin.

"Yes, Colonel Vladimir Putin of the KGB is—and always has been—a communist," Cruz argued.

Russian expert Tom Nichols, a professor at the U.S. Naval War College, took exception with Cruz's claim.

"I've written a few books on Russia and am one of those experts on the Soviet and Russian era you seem to want to avoid. If you have questions about communists and why Putin isn't one, I can answer that for you, unless you just want to stick with the McCarthyism," Nichols posted to Twitter.

Nichols is the author of books The Sacred Cause: Civil-Military Conflict over Soviet National Security, 1917-1992 (published in 1993), The Russian Presidency: Society and Politics in the Second Russian Republic (published in 1999), The Russian Presidency: Society and Politics in the Second Russian Republic (published in 2002), and The Death of Expertise: The Campaign Against Established Knowledge and Why it Matters (published in 2017).
