Strong coffee with (preferably) powdered creamer, or half and half. No sugar - I don't like my coffee sweet. I can't remember when I started using creamer, but in high school and college I always drank it black. Can't stand it black, now. I've never liked it sweet, unless it's a frou-frou drink from someplace like Starbucks.

I love my tea black with sweetner, and sometimes with half and half added as well.

 

I'm in the strong black coffee group but I drink it all day long.

 

It will be strong coffee, with heavy cream and no sugar flavoring with MCT oil.

 

I drink 2 coffee in the morning and thats it...I find it promotes bowel movement..I can post a pic if y'all want me to

Back in the day it was hair of dog (whatever I was drinking) from the night before. Now it’s coffee with a little bit of honey.

Usually, it's just strong black coffee.

But sometimes I like a nice pousse-café. Sets the mood, and the layering gets your hand-eye coordination up to speed quickly.
