The $1.5 trillion omnibus bill has plenty of inflationary spending, and the honorable members of the legislature didn’t leave themselves out.

As part of the $1.5 trillion omnibus spending bill released Wednesday, the $5.9 billion fiscal 2022 Legislative Branch funding portion would substantially boost the office budgets of House members to pay staff more…

This legislation would provide $774.4 million for the Members Representational Allowance, known as the MRA, which funds the House office budgets for lawmakers, including staffer salaries. This $134.4 million, or 21 percent, boost over the previous fiscal year marks the largest increase in the MRA appropriation since it was authorized in 1996, according to a bill summary by the House Appropriations Committee. For paid interns in member and leadership offices, the House would get $18.2 million.

It’s not technically a pay hike for congressmembers, but, in particular House members, are notorious for putting family members on the payroll. And for using staffers to run their errands and handle assorted personal projects for them.

In August, Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced staffers’ salaries could exceed those of lawmakers. Members in both the House and Senate, with the exception of leadership, make an annual salary of $174,000. Staffers can make up to $199,300.

That’s convenient since it can act as a pay hike without the negative press.

MRAs tend to be between $1.2 and $1.4 million. A massive MRA increase has all sorts of political and potentially personal benefits. It’s also completely indefensible during an economic crisis.

House Dem leaders are cheering the disgusting pork sandwich as a victory for diversity.

House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) and House Democratic Caucus Chair Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08), released the following statement this morning on the inclusion of a 21% increase in Member Representational Allowance (MRA) funding in the Fiscal Year 2022 Omnibus legislation.

Leader Hoyer and Chair Jeffries have long advocated for this increase to the MRA in order to ensure that Members, leaders, and committees can attract and retain the best and brightest to help them serve the American people while promoting a more diverse workforce.

Is there any obscenity that can’t be justified in the name of diversity?

“We join in thanking Chairwoman DeLauro and Ranking Member Granger as well as the Members on the Appropriation Committee for producing a bipartisan omnibus package that includes this increase in office budgets so that Congressional staff pay can be a priority and enhance this institution’s ability to deliver For the People.”

    For the People.

Ask not what Congress can do for you, ask what you can do for Congress.

Emergency Declaration Related to COVID Beyond Termination Date of March 1st
    February 21, 20220
    Truth Unmuted

Just like with the 9/11 Emergency Declaration that has been extended every year since it was declared in 2001, the COVID-19 emergency has also been renewed since it was declared on March 13, 2020. While protests against vaccine and mask mandates are wonderful, we must get to the root cause and that is the emergency declaration itself. There is no pandemic and therefore no emergency! Neither of these declarations should ever be renewed again as they have kept us in a perpetual police state with medical martial law being enforced.

The Gateway Pundit) – Biden quietly sent a letter to corrupt Speaker Pelosi and the US House and Senate stating that he is extending the National Emergency related to COVID beyond the current termination date of March 1st with no end date provided.

The man-made crisis continues. Old senile Joe Biden sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi noting that he is extending the National Emergency related to COVID well beyond its current termination date set for March. The Conservative Treehouse reports:

Joe Biden informed Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi that he intends to extend the federal National Emergency declaration beyond its termination date in March. [STATUTE HERE] By statute the State of a National Emergency expires one year after initial declaration. That meant the COVID National Emergency declaration was scheduled to end March 1st. However, the statute allows the extension if the executive office informs the legislative branch within the 90-day window prior to expiration. Biden informed Nancy Pelosi today of his intent to extend the National Emergency. Both the House and Senate will now have to schedule a vote to support the extension [SEE HERE]:

    Here is Biden’s notice:

Section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)) provides for the automatic termination of a national emergency unless, within 90 days prior to the anniversary date of its declaration, the President publishes in the Federal Register and transmits to the Congress a notice stating that the emergency is to continue in effect beyond the anniversary date. In accordance with this provision, I have sent to the Federal Register for publication the enclosed notice stating that the national emergency declared in Proclamation 9994 of March 13, 2020, beginning March 1, 2020, concerning the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, is to continue in effect beyond March 1, 2022.

There remains a need to continue this national emergency. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause significant risk to the public health and safety of the Nation. More than 900,000 people in this Nation have perished from the disease, and it is essential to continue to combat and respond to COVID-19 with the full capacity and capability of the Federal Government.

Therefore, I have determined that it is necessary to continue the national emergency declared in Proclamation 9994 concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.

Biden’s decision to keep the emergency going has no end date.

The people really only have two choices when it comes to getting legislation they want, or want to change, initiatives, and referendums. Both are difficult at best, requiring large scale organization, thousands of signatures, just to get to the floor.
In this technical age, the majority of what our representatives vote on, could and should be up to their constituents. If a congressional district does not get a given percentage of votes, for or against, than the representative has the vote. This would help get rid of poke, party line voting, and if the needed bills don't get passed, the representatives will have to do yheir jobs, work towards a middle ground, acceptable to all. Not point fingers of blame and divide the people.
Pipedream maybe, but this country belongs to the people. See how fast these incumbents retire.

Of course they need to keep it going...gotta keep this crisis in the pocket for a rainy day...the Durham Investigation requires such an emergency crisis to rear it's ugly head again when it's necessary.

Got the entire World talking about Russia/Ukraine, that will only last for a while longer.

Anything to keep the focus off of the domestics here in the U.S.

There’s A Lot of Young, Healthy Servicemen Suddenly Dying in Their Bunks, and The Military Won’t Talk About It
    by Sophie O’HaraMarch 14, 2022

There is something very odd going on at Fort Bragg. So, incredibly odd, that an investigative reporter and the contributing editor of Rolling Stone Magazine wants to know what the heck is going on. His name is Seth Harp, and he’s been following a disturbing story out of North Carolina, involving A LOT of servicemen who are turning up dead in their bunks at Fort Bragg.

Here’s what Seth said in a tweet from February 9th, 2022″ “83 soldiers died at Fort Bragg in the 18 months ending June 2021. Only 11 of those deaths were from natural causes. Fort Bragg hasn’t announced any fatalities since then. They’re still happening, but the base has gone dark.”

Back in January 2022, Seth wrote about this for Rolling Stone. In that piece, he discusses the MANY mysterious deaths occurring at Ft. Bragg since early 2020. He writes: meanwhile, Fort Bragg soldiers have been turning up “unresponsive” in their barracks on a disturbingly regular basis since the beginning of 2020, including Caleb Smither, Terrance Salazar, Jamie Boger, Joshua Diamond, Matthew Disney, Mikel Rubino, Michael Hamilton, and numerous others who have not been named. Drugs may have been involved in the cases of Diamond and Disney, who were found dead on the same day in June 2021, just two weeks after an airborne master sergeant named Martin Acevedo III was charged with trafficking cocaine. Otherwise, there has been absolutely no explanation from the Army for how these apparently healthy young men died.

Likewise, in January 2021, an Army captain named Robert Latham died from an “apparent heart attack,” despite being 32 years old and seemingly in excellent physical condition. In October, a highly trained Green Beret and intelligence sergeant named Calvin Rockward died from a “sudden, unexpected medical event,” though he was only 38 and in even better shape, to go by his Instagram photos.

In total, a staggering 83 active-duty soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg died in the 18 months ending June 2021, according to data obtained by Rolling Stone. Only 11 of these deaths were from “natural causes.” Many, perhaps a plurality, were suicides. But in no fewer than 33 cases, the Army has classified the cause of death as “undetermined.”

In other words, the Army can’t or won’t say how a whole platoon’s worth of soldiers died at its largest installation, home of the Special Forces, the Airborne Corps, and the Joint Special Operations Command. Over this same 18-month period, just three Fort Bragg soldiers died in overseas combat, meaning these elite troops are a dizzying 27 times more likely to die stateside than in war zones such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria.

And just yesterday, I saw this tweet from Seth. Nine more soldiers, all in their 20s or 30s found “unresponsive” in their bunks.

    Incredibly scary and bizarre.

Here’s what Seth said: “Here are nine more US soldiers, all in their 20s or 30s, who recently died at Fort Bragg from “undetermined” causes, or after being discovered “unresponsive” in their bunks. How can the US Army not know what is killing these soldiers? No comment from Fort Bragg.”

Could this be rampant drug use and overdoses? Yes, of course, it could be drugs or some other nefarious reason. But while we’re contemplating that, shouldn’t we also look at the possibility this could be related to the vaccine? After all, the military started “officially” injecting soldiers back in December 20202.

Health.mil reported that on Dec. 14, 2020, the Military Health System began administering the first COVID-19 vaccine shots. A year later, the MHS has distributed more than 6.4 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine and reports 90.1% of active duty service members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with an additional 6.4% partially vaccinated.

It’s encouraging to see that an investigative reporter is actually “curious” about these deaths, but let’s see if he actually works to uncover what’s really going on, or just provide “cover” for the government… Whatever is going on, there must be a full-scale transparent investigation, and we the people need to speak out about it, and demand lawmakers get involved.

Ft. Bragg, home to the 82 airborne, has recently erected a wall in memory of members of the 82 airborne that died of non combat deaths while active service members. I have a very dear friend on that wall. It was a live fire training accident, reported officially. That was not what happened to him. I will not go into detail or how the truth was learned, for reasons of respect, for those who do what their job is in the line of duty. I will say my friend died in service to his country, something he choose to do, knowing the extent that commitment could be. He deserves the true recognition for his sacrifice. I do understand, not entirely agree with, the circumstances that it is how it is.

The 82 airborne is special forces services, highly trained, combat force that is used as exactly that. They can be anywhere in the world in 18 hours. Not saying this is what is happening at Fort Bragg, but black opps are part of what they do. With the turbulent world today, the possibility can not be ruled out.

Ask the servicemen/women that got discharged for not getting vaccinated if they've died unexpectedly yet.

This is an older article about the Joe Rogan COVID controversy.
It documents just one of the dishonest and misleading tactics (misinformation) used by the deep state controlled corporate press to attack Rogan over how he fought his COVID infection -- a treatment whose effectiveness is still denied by the government.

'270 doctors’ called out Joe Rogan, but the authors of the letter and the vast majority of its signatories are not medical doctors
Only a handful are practicing physicians.

Are you seeing all of those blaring corporate press headlines targeting Joe Rogan this weekend, reporting on a letter from “270 doctors,” which described the famous podcaster as a “menace to public health”? Well, it turns out that the real arbiters of misinformation are the individuals behind the letter itself, and they are being helped along by a corrupt corporate media that is misreporting the credentials of its signatories.

It was first reported by Rolling Stone, with a story titled, “Doctors Demand Spotify Puts an End to Covid Lies on ‘Joe Rogan Experience’”

Yes, the media and Big Tech want to create the image of a hundreds-strong coalition of medical doctors who are genuinely concerned about Joe Rogan’s conversations on his massive platform.

    [IMG]Washington Examiner @dcexaminer
"Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Joe Rogan has repeatedly spread misleading and false claims on his podcast, provoking distrust in science and medicine," the doctors said in the letter. Rogan has been a regular subject of controversy at Spotify.
270 doctors ask Spotify to stop Joe Rogan spreading ‘misleading and false claims’ about COVID-19A group of 270 doctors has signed a letter requesting that Spotify adopt a policy on COVID-19 misinformation.washex.am
    January 16th 2022

Twitter even got in on the propaganda campaign against Rogan, adding this “medical experts” letter to their curated headlines section.

Well, I reviewed this open letter, and it turns out that only around 100 of the 270+ signatories to the letter are people with qualified medical degrees. And a large chunk of that 100 or so medical doctors are MDs employed at universities who are not in fact practitioners of medicine. Yet part of the letter reads: “As physicians, we bear the arduous weight of a pandemic that has stretched our medical systems to their limits and only stands to be exacerbated by the anti-vaccination sentiment woven into this and other episodes of Rogan’s podcast.”

Paradoxically, the disseminators of this petition are guilty of the very misinformation label that they’ve attached to Rogan. In fact, neither of the two reported co authors of the letter — Jessica Rivera and Ben Rein — possess medical degrees. Rivera holds a master’s degree and Rein is a PhD academic who researches psychiatry. The letter denouncing Joe Rogan and pressuring Spotify to censor his speech has all kinds of random signatories. By my count, the letter is signed by over 50 PhD academics, around 60 college professors, 29 nurses, 10 students, 4 medical residents, and even a handful of… science podcasters. The letter, which uses the word misinformation nine times in five paragraphs, concludes with a call for Spotify to censor Rogan as part of a policy to “moderate misinformation on the platform.”

Notably, there is no information on who or what group is behind the creation and circulation of the open letter. Rivera, the reported lead author of the letter, is associated with the far-left Rockefeller Foundation and The Atlantic, and she is a CNN contributor.

That is the true definition of the "swamp" unelected bureaucrat, put in a position, with the power to distroy people, groups, and business, with little or no oversight or consequences.
