Democrats' Last, Best Hope for the Mid-Terms Crashes and Burns in New Poll
    By Bonchie | May 15, 2022 10:45 AM ET
    [IMG]

The feeling of malaise in the nation is palpable as Americans search for any good news among a slew of Democrat-led failures and disasters. In the midst of sky-high inflation, the border crisis, rising violent crime, the stock market crashing, and foreign policy blunders left and right, Biden and his party allies have been searching for any kind of message they can capitalize on.

That search has been like trying to find water in the Sahara, as evidenced by the rush to make abortion a mid-term issue following the majority draft decision leak from the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. Democrats have convinced themselves that they’ve finally found something they can make political hay with.

Well, I’m here to bear some bad news for the left: Their last, best hope to turn things around before the mid-terms is crashing and burning. NBC News has a new survey out, and not only is Joe Biden in full-scale collapse, but the issue polling is a flashing red light for Democrats.

    https://twitter.com/NikkiHaleyFan02...e-for-the-mid-terms-crashes-and-burns-n564775

Those right-track/wrong-track numbers are something. Only 16 percent believe the country is currently on the right track, and that’s always bad news for any party that controls the White House and Congress. There’s nowhere for Democrats to go, which is what led to Biden laughably trying to blame Republicans for not having a “plan” for inflation last week.

That dog won’t hunt, though. When you win an election, you take on all the responsibilities and consequences of that. Blaming the party with no power almost never works to turn public opinion. That’s especially true when things are so objectively awful on so many fronts, which is evidenced by Biden’s 39 percent approval rating.

But it’s the top issues for Americans that really sticks out to me. Notice what’s not there. Do you see abortion listed there, which has become the new rally point for protests on the left? Because I don’t see it. Instead, I see inflation and cost of living as the things Americans are most concerned about, and guess who gets all the blame for those things? That would be the party that holds the White House and the Congress. How do I know? Because the poll also found that Biden has a 23 percent approval rating on inflation and a 33 percent approval rating on the cost of living.

This isn’t complicated. It’s the economy, stupid. People are watching their retirements go up in flames in the stock market, while their savings accounts are devalued via inflation. There’s no good news on the horizon, and Democrats believing that promoting abortion until birth will somehow save them is fool’s gold.

Court-Ordered New York Redistricting Map Is Lights out for Democrats
    By Bonchie | May 16, 2022 2:15 PM ET

While it’s been clear for a few weeks that Republicans have come out on top regarding redistricting for the coming mid-terms, there was one final piece of the puzzle left. That piece has now fallen into place.

A court-ordered map in New York has been adopted, and it’s lights out for Democrats heading into November. While the original Democrat map, which was struck down by the state’s Supreme Court, had a likely outcome of 22 D-seats to 4-R seats, the new map puts as many as 12 seats in play for the GOP.

    https://twitter.com/JCColtin/status...cting-map-is-lights-out-for-democrats-n565459

Republicans were looking at a modest 1-3 seat gain via redistricting after Ron DeSantis worked his magic in Florida (there’s a single district there under dispute, but nothing that can change the game). Now, you could be talking about a 5-8 seat gain just by virtue of the lines that have been drawn across the nation. Democrats who were celebrating a month ago at some earlier court victories have had their hopes of stemming the tide crushed.

One of the things the New York map fixed was an illegal gerrymander in New York City that diluted the voting power of Orthodox Jews, a demographic that leans heavily Republican. That’s left Rep. Jerry Nadler, who would retire if he had any sense given his age and health concerns, in the same district as another Democrat. Elsewhere, Republicans are set up to make headway in what should be a wave year for them.

In the end, the dynamics of the coming election don’t change much, but if 2020 taught us anything, it’s that every seat counts in future elections. Democrats went from a large majority to only holding the house by five seats in a single cycle. So while Republicans are going to gain a lot of seats this year, having more room for error in 2024 and 2026 could be the difference between keeping control and losing it.

Anyway, let the rage ensue. Democrats are already throwing a fit on social media over the New York map, and there’s a lot of crying left to do.

This is just too good to not post. This is SCIENCE so the woke crowd must believe it!! It turns out that when speaking of "weakly affiliated" Democrats and Liberals, this study brings a whole new meaning to the phrase, "You guys need to grow a pair."

And for @stumbles, when he searches out thenationalpulse.com on some dubious, yet highly recommended far-left leaning, slacker, fact-checking, groomer platform which will always and forever claim to be neutral, surely this site will turn out to be little more than a far right, dirty little rag which publishes unscientific and pseudo-scientific studies, and links to terrible examples of disinformation, misinformation and general anti-liberal group think.

To be honest though, it doesn't matter whether or not this study pans out -- the headline alone is worth its weight in gold. And with the demise of Biden's unconstitutional Ministry of Truth and Nina Jancowicz's apparent resignation, I do not give an additional "further" damn.

@stumbles, @thinskin and @Anon, boys, you need to belly up to the bar for your testosterone shots -- we need to get your blood testosterone levels up to at least those of normal ten-year old, male adolescents.

Then it'll be a lot easier for you boys to think logically and correctly.

STUDY: Testosterone Treatment Turns Democrat Voters More Conservative.
    Someone tell Brian Stelter.
    by Natalie Winters
    May 18, 2022

Increased testosterone levels can cause Democrats to become more conservative in their political affiliation, a recent experiment analyzing voters in U.S. elections found. The studyTestosterone Administration Induces A Red Shift in Democrats – was published on November 14th, 2021 by Professor Paul Zak, the Director of the Center for Neuroeconomics Studies at Claremont Graduate University. “His research has made a substantial impact in explaining the variation in human social behaviors and has been cited by other scholars over 18,000 times placing in the top 0.3% of all scholars,” explains his professional biography.

Zak’s latest findings reveal a link between testosterone levels and political preference through analyzing 136 voting-age males throughout the 2012 election season. “Our results demonstrate that testosterone induces a “red shift” among weakly-affiliated Democrats,” summarized the paper.

Researchers administered synthetic testosterone or placebo to participants who previously disclosed their political affiliations, allowing researchers to track how the hormone affected participants’ politics. “When weakly affiliated Democrats received additional testosterone, the strength of their party fell by 12 percent and they reported 45 percent warmer feelings towards Republican candidates for president,” explained the study.

“Before the testosterone treatment, we found that weakly affiliated Democrats had 19 percent higher basal testosterone than those who identified strongly with the party,” the study continues, reiterating the correlation between individuals with lower testoreone having left-wing political beliefs.

While the effects of testosterone waned with individuals who were staunch Democrats or weak Republicans, “our findings provide evidence that neuroactive hormones affect political preferences,” posits the study. The study comes amidst an ongoing discussion about declining testosterone levels in the U.S. and mainstream media outlets such as The New York Times attacking Fox News host Tucker Carlson for addressing the issue in a recent documentary.
    s.
The unearthed link between hormones and political ideology also follows scientists floating “morality pills” as a method to enforce COVID-19 mandate compliance.

    Oh shit!
Ribs hurt, tears flow freely, stomache aches.

Funniest thing on this forum in months. The despicables, oh, they won't be able to resist.

Tell us, @Scotchlass did the study also note that increasing testosterone in males also results in increasing intelligence?

Shooter runs off to get his ribs taped.

Increasing their intelligence?? Nahhh, that boat's already sailed. They're just gonna continue flopping around like beached goldfish, going from one tiny thought to the next.
But one of the despicables did confide to me that his continuing hormone deficiencies are causing fungal toenails, fungal skin infections, itchy skin, skin tags, and increased allergies. It seems he will never again have to worry about being a testosterone donor.

In all things, there seems to be a certain irreducible level of idiocy. And a 39% level of current support for Joe Biden seems to plumb the basement depth of that particular type of Democrat-obsessed brand loyalty. This is cognitive dissonance at its best. Can't really defend Biden, can't afford to admit you were wrong in voting for him. So continue attacking the previous president, blaming everything on him in the hope that things'll eventually get better and you won't have to face your ideological failures.

Seriously. You can't blame ignorance of the results of his disastrous policies alone. So what is there to like about Biden? And who are these useful idiots who continue allowing themselves to be used by the uniparty elites? What will it take to break through these people's instinctive Trump hatred, allowing them to at least acknowledge what an absolute failure Biden, and pretty much every person he's chosen for his administration, has been?

Or is that even possible when TDS seems to rule their every thought?

39% of Americans are Idiots and Support Joe Biden
So what exactly is there to support about Joe Biden and his destructive policies?

    By SteveGruber.com
    May 19, 2022

So what exactly is there to support about Joe Biden and his destructive policies? President Disaster currently has a job approval rating of 39% according to a new NBC poll, his lowest mark so far. So what exactly is there to like?

Are these supporters sadists who are happy to see crime going up and police being attacked and ran off the job?
Happy to see a reduction of doctors, nurses, EMS workers and firefighters across the country?
Happy to see moms not able to find formula to feed their kids?
Happy to see the border being overrun and a record number of Fentanyl overdoses?
Happy to see $6 a gallon gas?
Happy to see people not being able to afford food and needed items at the grocery store, especially those on fixed incomes?

75% of the country (@Scotch adds, now it's up to 83%) says we are headed in the wrong direction. The other 25% apparently dream of becoming a third world country with no cars, no jobs, no justice system and government checks in the mail every week. They are fine with Americans suffering, having no availability of needed resources and retaining no constitutional freedoms.

In the poll, 65% of adults tell NBC that their family’s income is falling behind the cost of living. And no, that’s not because of any Putin price hike. That is the Biden price hike that started on the day he was inaugurated.

And just like when Obama was in office, we have to do our best to ride out the storm and hope we make it to a safe landing spot after he is gone.

#1 – Peter Doocy Leaves Karine Jean-Pierre Gasping for Air After Simple Question on Inflation — by Jeff Charles

Jean-Pierre gave a meandering response that did not even come close to answering Doocy’s question. “Well, you know, we have talked about…we have talked about this this past year about making sure that the wealthiest among us are paying their fair share,” she stammered. “And that is important to do. And that is something that, you know, the president has been working on every day when we talk about inflation and lowering costs. And so it’s very important that, you know, as we’re seeing costs rise, as we’re talking about how to, you know, build an America that’s safe, that’s equal for everyone and doesn’t leave anyone behind. That is an important part of that as well.”

After trying to consume that word salad, Doocy pressed, asking again how raising taxes on corporations would “lower the cost of gas, the cost of a used car, the cost of food for everyday Americans.”

#2 – Witness at House Abortion Hearing Leaves Jamie Raskin ‘Reclaiming’ His Time After Devestating Rebuttal — by Bonchie

This is what happens when Democrats are actually challenged on their views regarding abortion (or any topic, really). One of the most common misdirections the left uses to justify the barbaric practice until birth is the topic of rape and incest. It doesn’t matter that such instances represent a tiny fraction of abortions, with most estimates coming in around one percent, Democrats do not want to talk about the realities of what they actually support. Because of that, they constantly hide behind a facade of concern about rape and incest exceptions.

#4 – Tucker Carlson Responds to Charges He Inspired Buffalo Shooter, Makes His Critics Look Like Childish Ghouls — by Bonchie

Carlson notes the way in which Democrats rushed to execute a coordinated campaign to assign culpability for the Buffalo massacre to everyone from Donald Trump to Elise Stefanik. And shock of all shocks, the solution is to act on the left’s prior demands by limiting speech and cracking down on social media companies. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul is shown in a clip proclaiming that you “can’t shout fire in a crowded theater” and that “hate speech” isn’t protected under the law. Both those claims are false, but even if they weren’t, think about who gets to define what “hate speech” is, and then you’ll understand the left’s end game.

#5 – Chuck Schumer Makes a Cowardly Move After Tucker Carlson Calls His Bluff — by Sister Toldjah

Carlson has been bearing the brunt of the criticism from Democrats and their media allies in the aftermath of the attack, but during his program Monday night, he made his critics look even more childish and foolish, delivering a spot-on commentary focusing on how nauseatingly predictable the left has become after these tragedies happen in their dangerous calls for limiting speech and in the process deliberately escalating race wars for political gain, both of which accomplish absolutely nothing beyond keeping entrenched and feckless Democrats in power a little while longer.

And in a perfect example of life imitating art, Sen. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) set about proving Carlson’s point in an a nasty-gram he wrote to Fox News executives “imploring” them to shush Carlson’s alleged racist rantings:

What evidence has been presented in court to prove this statement of Democrats cheating?

Did you hear that a candidate for Colorado governor wants to change their election system to give more weight to rural voters?

....but I'm sure it is nothing compared to what Trump has planned for his second dictatorship... I'm sure about not the Republicans would be pushinga him to make Trump president for life. He did faun and gush like a schoolgirl at the power wielded by other dictators. He even fell in love with one.

This is clearly one of those cases where Democrats accuse others of planning on doing what they're doing. Biden's pulled some pretty authoritarian stuff, things like COVID mandates, war on oil and gas exploration, using the FBI/DOJ to intimidate parents along with the half of the country they call "White Nationalists". Add in Pelosi's shenanigans (J6 committee), and the Dems have shown themselves to love the trappings of dictatorship.

I guess Dems hated the price of gas under Trump, along with a border being secured, a good supply chain that worked, low inflation and record job creation, plenty of baby food, energy security and international stability and the lack of new wars?
