It is just so laughable to try and claim progressive/liberal/Democrats would get triggered over the words "was once." Especially since Traitor Trump was once a pro choice Democrat.

What the Pelosi attacker might have been once has3 no bearing on what he is today and what motivated him to attempt to murder Paul Pelosi and kidnap the House Speaker. And that is what has treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans triggered as evidenced by their desperate attempts to deny the attacker was a right wing, QAnon believing, election denying, Trump supporter.

Pelosi attacker was immersed in 2020 election conspiracies

Of course despicables would say what DePape once espoused is irrelevant to what he did since he got wrapped around the QAnon/Trump/revolutionary axle.
      You bet they would.

Because otherwise we have to talk about a hemp loving, nudist activist, ILLEGAL MIGRANT, talks to fairies, thinks he's Jesus whack job who is as likely to ascribe to Martian flat earth theory as he is any other political agenda.

‘This is a very strong economy’: experts cheer October jobs report – blast those claiming ‘recession’

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has just released the October jobs report and economists are thrilled once again with the numbers. Employment increased by 261,000 in October, and unemployment ticked up slightly to 3.7% – which remains an astonishingly great number. Economists used to say 5% unemployment was considered "full" employment.

Some context for reading the latest employment report: The unemployment remains near its fifty year low.

"This is a very strong economy," writes popular University of Michigan School of Economics Professor Justin Wolfers, a senior fellow at The Brookings Institution.

"And whatever you read elsewhere, employment growth is motoring along," Wolfers adds, offering another chart to prove his point. "Indeed, job growth over the past three months (or indeed, this month) has continued at a rate that exceeds almost any point in the pre-pandemic 2000s."

"This is an historically strong rate of growth."

Wolfers takes a swing at all those claiming the U.S. is in a recession.

"In normal times, this would be regarded as extremely rapid growth, and a strong labor market. For some reason people are shouting 'recession' in a crowded theatre, instead."

Wolfers points to Betsey Stevenson, a former Member of President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers & Chief Economist at the U.S. Dept. of Labor, calling her "wise."

"Strong jobs report," Stevenson says, "lots of hiring, broad based, and wage growth is slowing slight. The Fed just might get us that soft landing."

"Under Democratic government economy is stronger & crime is lower," Rothschild writes, "those are the facts, and extremely meaningful context when polls say people are voting Republican due to economy & crime. Only makes sense if they want a weak economy & higher crime."

Rothschild also points to David Rothkopf, the well-known foreign policy, national security, and political affairs analyst and commentator, CEO of The Rothkopf Group, and author of 10 books including "American Resistance"

"It's not just that @POTUS & @TheDemocrats have a stronger case to make than the GOP on the economy," he tweets ahead of the BLS report, and linking to a Daily Beast article titled, "Republicans Are Bad for the Economy. Here’s Why." "It is that the GOP record is abysmal and has been for decades. The facts tell a far different story than you've been hearing from many during the campaign."

Came across this interesting bit of news, thought it would be good to just leave it here.

Biden-voting district could send Connecticut’s first Republican to Congress in a decade (msn.com)

DANBURY, CONN. — Rep. Jahana Hayes (D-Conn.) won her seat in Congress in 2018 after campaigning on public school reform and stimulating the economy.

But four years later, after a global pandemic, increased forecasts of a recession, and record-high inflation, Hayes is in a tight race to keep her seat as Republican challenger George Logan leans into an economic pitch to voters with a heavy focus on small towns struggling due to the lack of jobs.

Across Connecticut’s central valley, small towns and communities were built around factories and manufacturing plants that have long since closed, making the economy and job growth a top concern among voters in this region. Manufacturing jobs have declined statewide from more than 250,000 in the 1990s to 160,200 in September 2022, according to state data.

“The economy is the most important issue,” Steve Griffing, a 68-year-old registered independent voter, said recently in an interview in downtown Danbury.

While Griffing didn’t say who he was going to vote for next week, he noted, “I don’t think Democrats have done a good enough job to win reelection.”

Democrats were confident this past summer that a Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade would drive angry voters to the polls and keep the party in the House majority for the next term. But in the final days before the election, Republicans have gained ground with voters who say the economy is their No. 1 priority, putting districts previously seen as safe for Democrats — like Hayes’s — in play.

“I think Democrats now banked on Roe v. Wade carrying them in, and then just didn’t realize what really bothered all of us," said Roberto Alves, the chairman of the Danbury Democratic Town Committee. "It’s not just ‘oh, gas prices are going down,’ but people are still making the same amount of money, and their costs keep going up.”

Connecticut has been represented entirely by Democrats at the congressional level since 2009, and in 2020, Biden won Hayes’s district by 10.7 percentage points. But the district, which includes the state’s western border to central areas like New Britain and Farmington Valley, is also the location of Biden’s lowest margin of victory in Connecticut in 2020.

A recent Cook Political Report with an Amy Walters’ ranking listed the race as a toss-up, increasing worries among Democrats that Hayes’s message isn’t resonating. As the race garners more attention, outside groups and the campaigns have poured nearly $11 million into television and radio advertisements, according to data from AdImpact, a firm that tracks ad spending.

“If you had asked me a few months ago if anybody thought Congresswoman Hayes would be in trouble, I don’t think anybody would have said yes," Alves said.

    A focus on education
Hayes is the first Black woman to represent Connecticut in Congress, and her ascension to the House in 2018 came shortly after she won national teacher of the year in 2016, gaining national recognition. The award opened doors for her to meet former president Barack Obama, who awarded her a crystal apple statuette, and allowed her to travel across the country to learn about the challenges other communities are facing. Before running for office, she had no formal political experience.

Hayes was part of the record number of fresh-faced candidates who ran for office for the first time with little political experience after Donald Trump was elected president in 2016. She has made education one of her central focuses while in Congress and sits on the House Education and Labor Committee. During her time in office, she has introduced legislation to assist teachers with student loan debt and supported bills that would invest more money into improving the physical infrastructure of public schools across the country.

For some voters, that representation paired with her record makes her the best candidate this year.

Biden Celebrates Dems Dodging Red Wave, But Says It’s Clear Voters are Still ‘Frustrated’ With Leadership: ‘I Get it’
    By Kipp JonesNov 9th, 2022, 5:11 pm

President Joe Biden celebrated after Democrats’ mitigated losses during Tuesday’s elections, but acknowledged voters are still “frustrated” with the direction of the country.

Biden addressed reporters Wednesday, a day after a “red wave” failed to materialize and catapult Republicans into strong majorities in the House and Senate.

“While we don’t know all the results yet, at least I don’t know them all yet, here’s what we do know,” he said. “While the press and pundits were predicting a giant wet red wave, it didn’t happen.”

Biden added, “The American people have spoken, it shows that democracy is who we are.”

He added that despite Democrats holding the line in many races, election results showed his party needs to do more. He also said he understands there is still a possibility Republicans can take majorities in the House and Senate as votes are still being counted.

Biden said while Republicans failed to make the elections an outright referendum on he and his party, he acknowledged the results demonstrate there is discontent about the direction of the country:

Voters spoke clearly about their concerns. About raising costs – the rising costs that they’re in – and the need to get inflation down. There’s still a lot of people hurting, they’re very concerned. And it’s about crime and public safety. They sent a clear message that they want to preserve our democracy and protect the right to choose in this country.

Biden said “I get it,” before he went on to thank “young people” for showing up for Democrats on Tuesday.

“They voted to continue addressing the climate crisis, gun violence, their personal rights and freedoms and the student debt relief,” he said.

I have my doubts that President Biden will be lucky enough to run against Traitor Trump in 2024. In fact I have my doubts President Biden will be running in 2024. But this is the sort of strategy that has been sorely lacking in Democrats for all the time I have been a Democrat. Use the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republican playbook. Go on the attack early and often. Because as just proven by the midterms Trump is a very valuable asset to progressive/liberal/Democrats. Make it all about Trump and progressive/liberal/Democrats win. And just like in the midterms the Democrats won't have to make it all about Trump because he does that for us. Trump's mental illness compels him to make everything about him all the time.

Biden Sent An Attack Ad Before Trump Even Finished His 2024 Presidential Run Speech
    Shruti Rajkumar
    Tue, November 15, 2022 at 9:19 PM·1 min read

President Joe Biden released an attack ad during former President Donald Trump’s speech announcing his presidential candidacy for 2024.

Biden shared the ad in a tweet as Trump spoke from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

Trump announced his 2024 candidacy in a speech Tuesday night, when he proclaimed that “America’s comeback starts now,” later adding that “we are a nation in decline, we are a failing nation.” He repeated a number of his regular talking points, touting achievements from his term and criticizing the Biden administration.

When asked if he had a reaction to Trump’s announcement, Biden — who is in Bali for the G20 summit — told reporters, “Not really.”

In 2020, Biden got 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232, and he received more than 7 million more voted in the popular count than Trump. But Trump has continuously denied he lost his reelection. Two months after the results came in, on Jan. 6, 2021, the former president tweeted about voter fraud and held a rally near the White House, urging his supporters to march to the U.S. Capitol, where they stormed the building as Congress met to certify the Electoral College count.

Trump’s speech comes one week after the midterm elections, in which many Trump-endorsed candidates lost and Republicans failed to gain the Senate majority. In his speech Tuesday night, he talked about Republicans’ midterm losses, noting that much of the “blame” for the party’s poor showing in the elections was “correct.”

From @stumbles mouth to God's ear -- the country cannot afford another term with this man "leading" us. Dementia characterized by memory loss, difficulty communicating or finding words, difficulty with reasoning or problem-solving, difficulty handling complex tasks (my God, he's our president), difficulty with coordination and motor functions, confusion and disorientation, personality changes, inappropriate behavior and paranoia. And there are other symptoms associated with dementia that we don't see on TV, but I'll bet he shows.

It's all there. He's a stumbling, stuttering, angry, bicycle-falling, stair-tripping, word-forgetting cornucopia of dementia symptoms...

You don't have to like Trump, many don't. In person, he's nihilistic and ego-driven. But his policies were far more beneficial to the nation than are Biden's. However, claiming he's mentally ill when you guys are represented by Biden is little more than psychological projection. That's just one stone toss too far...

Its one thing to point out any perceived weakness of a political opposite.
Another thing entirely when one can literally substitute the name of the opposite for your man(woman).

Fact Sheet: Biden Economic Plan Delivers Robust Progress in all 50 States
    1. Home

    2. Statements and Releases
Today, the White House released new state-by-state fact sheets that highlight several economic indicators —including state employment, unemployment insurance claims, gross domestic product, supplemental poverty, and vaccination rates—which demonstrate the robust economic progress under President Biden’s leadership. This wasn’t by accident. This is the result of President Biden’s plan to build the economy from the bottom up and the middle out.

When President Biden took office, our economy was in crisis and COVID-19 was wreaking havoc on our country. Thanks to his American Rescue Plan, unemployment is near historic lows, the vast majority of Americans are vaccinated, the number of adults with a positive outlook on their overall financial well-being reached an all-time high last year, the number of Americans relying on government unemployment benefits has dropped by more than 90%, and new businesses are being created at record rates.

The fact sheets highlight our historic economic recovery strong foundation to transition to stable and steady growth that works for working families. Fact sheets for all 50 states are linked below.

In response to a comment that I made about Biden's obvious dementia, @stumbles posted the following. I guess this was an attempt to show that Trump is oh-so-much-worse than Biden.
The Most Dangerous Man in the World': Trump Is Violent, Immature and Insecure, Psych Experts Say

My response is that it is difficult, even unethical, for psychiatrists and psychologists to publish armchair analyses of public figures, even ones they dislike, like Trump (see article below). Me, a non-professional, listing Biden's symptoms of dementia in a porn forum, is far different from that of professionals writing articles or books for publication. But I guess that professionalism, to the Left, is not necessarily something they feel is particularly important anymore (climate scientists, anyone? Or how about the medical professionals who pushed the COVID vaccine scam?). Especially when those professionals feel the need to virtue signal to their peers. And then uneducated, partisan laymen (geez, I wonder, who that could be??) assume that these unprofessional diagnoses are gold-plated fact, when they are not!

@stumbles continued: That's not me saying Trump is literally and clinically mentally. That is literally thousands of mentak health experts from coast to coast including some of the best mental health experts in the country documenting Trump is mentally ill https://forum.xnxx.com/threads/is-donald-trump-mentally-ill.455646/ Some of them even wrote a book about it The Dangerous Case Of Donald Trump. And went on to explain why Donald Trump was the most dangerous man in the world when he was president.

In a blurb for the book, THE DANGEROUS CASE OF DONALD TRUMP, it is stated that "...twenty-seven psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health experts argue that, in Mr. Trump's case, their moral and civic "duty to warn" America supersedes professional neutrality. They then explore Trump's symptoms and potentially relevant diagnoses to find a complex, if also dangerously mad, man."

No one says you have to like Trump, but RUFKM? They've never met the man, but he's "...a dangerously mad, man???" And it's "...their moral and civic "duty to warn" America supersedes professional neutrality." These hyperbolic, self-indulgent statements are so shamefully overblown that it is just plain ridiculous. Are these same partisans ready to write a book about Biden (whose dementia rides him like a hag), now that he has us nose to nose with Russia as Putin threatens to go nuclear? Or has removed our energy independence which then hammered our economy? Or has turned our border into a sieve, thus allowing into our country millions of illegal aliens along with some really dangerous people? Or has unconstitutionally increased internal security over those who disagree with him and who labels veterans as Domestic Terrorists? Or who has a star-chamber, kangaroo court going with the J6 committee? Or who's specifically working with Silicon Valley to increase social media censorship of Americans? Or who has brought on inflation by printing so much money? Or who's scorned and demoralized the police and brought on a crime epidemic? Or who left Afghanistan in such an unplanned and chaotic manner that it supplied the Taliban with billions of dollars worth of modern weapons they never could have gotten on their own? Or that there are still Americans and green card holders trapped there? Anyone out there really want to compare the success of Trump's policies to Biden's?

I'll bet its' never occurred to these "professionals" to write a book analyzing Biden's character and policy failures like they did Trump's, nor have they ever felt any shame for having done this to Trump. These "some of the best mental health experts in the country" are actually just partisan hacks and ideologues -- not because they dislike Trump, but because they are so willing to indulge themselves in long distance analyses.

Notice how even the author of the following article feels the need to take shots at Trump even as he cautions against analysis without actually seeing the client.

These people literally cannot help themselves...

Psychiatrists Reminded To Refrain From Armchair Analysis Of Public Figures
    August 13, 2016
    Bret Stetka

A poll of psychiatrists about the mental fitness of Barry Goldwater, Republican nominee for president in 1964, led to the creation of a rule that discourages doctors from public diagnoses. Earlier this week the American Psychiatric Association cautioned psychiatrists against taking part in a feverish new national hobby.

Catching Pokémon wasn't mentioned. Psychoanalyzing Donald Trump was.

On the organization's website, APA President Maria A. Oquendo wrote: "The unique atmosphere of this year's election cycle may lead some to want to psychoanalyze the candidates, but to do so would not only be unethical, it would be irresponsible."

Oquendo was referring to the "Goldwater Rule," a guideline adopted by the APA after a 1964 survey of psychiatrists found that nearly half of those polled felt that GOP presidential candidate Barry Goldwater was psychologically unfit to be president.

The rule states that despite the shiny diagnostic T-ball Trump has propped in front of them — his volatility, his grandiosity, his entitlement — professional code holds that if they haven't performed an in-person evaluation, psychiatrists should keep quiet on the mental character of public figures (unless of course they have that person's permission to speak out).

There is a much higher rule and in some states an actual legal requirement for mental health processionals than the Goldwater rule and I am willing to bet you can't even name it @Scotchlass. Which of course exposes you.

We can see the trend despicables are aiming for
    1) Biden has the economy running strong
    2) Trump is evil
    3) Deplorables are evil
    4) The border is secure

And here again is more proof President Biden and the Democrats really learned their lesson from the last time treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans were in power and conducted phony sham Soviet style investigations specifically designee to hurt President Obama and especially Hillary Clinton. Back then they kind f took it like whipped dogs and didn't fight back against the lies and false propaganda counting on the majority of Americans being able to see through the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans lies and deceptions. But they gave the American people too much credit for that because the majority of Americans tend to be apathetic about politics and low information and are incredibly susceptible to the massive right wing false propaganda noise machine out shouting reality. And so this time around they are preparing to fight back and can win with truth over lies.

Biden White House spent 'months' prepping for legal response against House GOP oversight: report

On Thursday, CNN reported that the Biden administration has spent "months" organizing a legal plan of action to defend against an onslaught of investigations in the event of Republicans taking control of the House and using their oversight powers to undermine the White House.

"While President Joe Biden and Democrats campaigned to preserve their congressional majorities, a small team of attorneys, communications strategists and legislative specialists have spent the past few months holed up in Washington preparing for the alternative, two administration officials said," reported Jeremy Diamond, Priscilla Alvarez, Jeremy Herb, Sean Lyngaas, Zachary Cohen, and Kylie Atwood. "The preparations, largely run out of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building near the White House, are among the earliest and most comprehensive by any administration ahead of a midterm election and highlight how far-reaching and aggressive Republican investigations are expected to be."

According to the report, the Biden team has already hired Richard Sauber, a prominent white-collar attorney, to lead the legal response to oversight probes.

"Along with Sauber, this spring the White House hired veteran Democratic communications aide Ian Sams as spokesman for the White House counsel’s office. Top Biden adviser Anita Dunn returned to the White House in the spring, in part to oversee the administration’s preparations for a GOP-controlled Congress," said the report. "The Justice Department is also bracing for investigations, bringing in well-known government transparency attorney Austin Evers to help respond to legislative oversight. Evers is the founder of the group American Oversight and served as its executive director until this year, and previously handled the oversight response at the State Department."

This comes after POLITICO reported that an independent team of Democratic strategists have launched an initiative called the Congressional Integrity Project, which will investigate potential abuses of power by the House watchdog committees.

Republicans have vowed for months that they would use a House majority to launch a volley of investigations into everything from Hunter Biden's laptop, to the border policies at the Department of Homeland Security, to inquiries intended to harass Dr. Anthony Fauci for his advice during the COVID-19 pandemic. The effort would presumably look like oversight during the Obama administration, when Republicans famously spent years and multiple investigations trying to link Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya — an effort GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy bragged had the purpose of sabotaging her presidential campaign.

You sound as historical as my old grandma when she THOUGHT she saw a mouse. And the proof of that is the vast majority of Americans did not agree with you in the midterms.
