In that clip he also went on to say that he had seen what Iran had done with IED attacks and comparatively he considered those injuries serious, and the injuries suffered in the air attack not as serious. He wasn't saying TBI isn't a serious injury, he was saying none of the injuries he had heard were life threatening or dangerous, in particular when compared to the IED attack injuries he had seen.

Al Jazeera is, by your claim, a reliable and accurate news source, and you rely often on them for news. Did you see this report? It was made the day after the attack, when no injuries were reported, were they?
