Now this is huge and getting bigger really fast. The only way the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans managed to win their razor thin majority in the House was through extreme gerrymandering. But now the Supreme Court has ruled Alabama's gerrymandering is too extremes discriminating against Blacks and other minorities. And they ordered Alabama to redraw new district maps with at least one additional Black district. And the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans in Alabama just basically told the Supreme Court to get fucked and drew another map cutting Black voters out So now the court of appeals has told Alabama treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans you fucked aromd and found out with your games we are appointing a special master to draw the Alabama maps.

And what makes that so big is Alabama is just one of several states that have done the same thing and are getting hauled into court. And that could result in a dozen or more minority districts drawn before the 2024 election.

Alabama smacked down by court for ignoring order to give Black voters fair representation

Alabama Republicans have once again lost in court in a battle over redistricting as a panel of judges struck down its plan that would have diluted the influence of Black voters, NPR reported on Tuesday.

"We are not aware of any other case in which a state legislature — faced with a federal court order declaring that its electoral plan unlawfully dilutes minority votes and requiring a plan that provides an additional opportunity district — responded with a plan that the state concedes does not provide that district," wrote U.S. Circuit Judge Stanley Marcus, U.S. District Judge Anna Manasco, and U.S. District Judge Terry Moorer in a court order.

The controversy stems from an earlier court decision, which found Alabama violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act by packing as many Black voters as possible into a single congressional district, rather than creating two districts with a Black voting majority.

Many legal experts had feared the Supreme Court would use this case as a vehicle to eliminate what remained of the federal Voting Rights Act, following a series of rulings in which the conservative majority eliminated or weakened various parts of the law. But in a surprise, the Supreme Court upheld the lower court's decision in Allen v. Milligan, not only requiring Alabama to redraw its map but potentially clearing the way for other states, like Louisiana and South Carolina, to be ordered to draw more Black districts too.

Alabama lawmakers, however, responded by flouting the lower court's order, drawing a new map that still contained only one majority-Black district. In the new decision invalidating that map, judges Marcus, Manasco, and Moorer shredded the state for disregarding what they had been ordered to do.

"The law requires the creation of an additional district that affords Black Alabamians, like everyone else, a fair and reasonable opportunity to elect candidates of their choice," they wrote. "The 2023 Plan plainly fails to do so."

The new ruling clears the way for a so-called special master, or court-appointed legal expert, to draw a remedial map instead of the legislature, though Alabama will have a chance to review and appeal the new map once approved.

Lauren Boebert kicked out of 'Beetlejuice' musical for making a scene: report

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was ejected from a performance of the "Beetlejuice" musical in downtown Denver after causing a disturbance, reported The Denver Post on Tuesday.

"In an incident report shared with The Denver Post on Tuesday afternoon, officials with Denver Arts & Venues wrote that two patrons were asked to leave the city-owned Buell Theatre during the performance of the touring Broadway show. They previously were issued a warning during the intermission regarding behavior that prompted three complaints from other theatergoers, the report says," wrote John Aguilar.

According to the report, Boebert was not directly named in the incident report, but Boebert's campaign office confirmed that she was at the performance and ordered to leave.

Per the incident report, the offending patrons were being loud and using recording equipment. One of the ushers said, “They told me they would not leave. I told them that they need to leave the theater and if they do not, they will be trespassing. The patrons said they would not leave. I told them I would (be) going to get Denver Police. They said go get them.” Police were summoned, and monitored the lobby until Boebert and the other patron left the premises.

Boebert campaign manager Drew Sexton responded to the news by saying, “I can confirm the stunning and salacious rumors: in her personal time, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is indeed a supporter of the performing arts (gasp!) and, to the dismay of a select few, enthusiastically enjoyed a weekend performance of ‘Beetlejuice.’”

The congresswoman herself took to X to similarly downplay the incident, writing, "It's true, I did thoroughly enjoy the AMAZING Beetlejuice at the Buell Theatre and I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud! Everyone should go see it if you get the chance this week and please let me know how it ends!"

Boebert, a far-right lawmaker who has often clashed even with other far-right lawmakers, has come under fire for a number of controversies, most recently one in which she threw away a pin handed to her representing a Uvalde shooting victim.

Hey stumbler did you see the story about the despicable candidate running for office who apparently is funding her campaign by livestreaming sex acts with her husband?

Wouldn't that be a more newsworthy story than a representative getting kicked out of a play cause they were

Being loud and using recording equipment"?

Well Schucks, lets go ahead and take a look at the house candidate funding her campaign by streaming sex acts with her husband on line. Shooter thinks this is a much more interesting story than Boebert getting bounced for being loud and recording a play. But that's Shooter.

House candidate Susanna Gibson performed sex acts on webcam for ‘tips’ (nypost.com)

Democratic Virginia House candidate performed sex acts with husband on webcam for ‘tips’
    By
    Josh Christenson
    Published Sep. 11, 2023, 11:10 p.m. ET

A Democratic candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates performed sex acts with her husband online — and asked her virtual audience to pitch in with “tips,” The Post has learned.

Susanna Gibson, a mother of two young children who is running in a competitive race to represent District 57 in Richmond, showed quite a bit more than skin on the adult streaming website Chaturbate, according to screenshots of archived material reviewed by The Post.

The 40-year-old nurse practitioner hosted more than a dozen of the live romps with her husband on the platform, which was then posted to a publicly accessible archive on the website Recurbate in September 2022 after she declared her candidacy, the Washington Post first reported.

Gibson also apparently maintained her Chaturbate profile after having announced her campaign in July 2022, uploading at least one picture of herself on the sex streaming site the following month, according to a screenshot obtained by The Post.

The unconventional candidate had more than 5,770 Chaturbate followers, whom she repeatedly pressed for more “tokens” in exchange for certain acts in “private” showings — adding that she was “raising money for a good cause.”

In other videos, she suggested that she and her husband have “tried swapping” with different partners as she is “ethically non-monogamous,” but that he “doesn’t like sharing.”

Gibson often thanked her viewers after the tokens arrived and her husband, a lawyer, in at least one case echoed her requests.

Chaturbate’s terms of conditions state: “Requesting or demanding specific acts for tips may result in a ban from the Platform for all parties involved.”

In a statement to the Washington Post, Gibson called the publicly posted videos “an illegal invasion of my privacy designed to humiliate me and my family.

“It won’t intimidate me and it won’t silence me,” Gibson said. “My political opponents and their Republican allies have proven they’re willing to commit a sex crime to attack me and my family because there’s no line they won’t cross to silence women when they speak up.”

The candidate’s attorney, Daniel P. Watkins, told the outlet that the archived videos violated Virginia’s revenge porn law, which makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor to “maliciously” circulate sexual images or another person’s nudity with “intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate.”

The lawyer cited a Virginia Appeals Court ruling in 2021 that it was illegal for a man to secretly record his girlfriend during a consensual sexual encounter even if that video was never shared with others.

“We are working closely with state and federal law enforcement,” Watkins also said.

Her campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Gibson is going up against Republican David Owen, a former home builder, for the Nov. 7 election, as Democrats are seeking to regain their majority in the 100-member Virginia House.

Republicans currently control the lower chamber by three delegates, 49 to 46. Democrats lead the state Senate by 22 to 18.

Gibson launched her campaign in July 2022 and has since raised $376,895 during her campaign, compared with $339,621 raised by the Owen campaign, according to the campaign finance website the Virginia Public Access Project.

However, she maintains just $77,435 cash on hand after going head-to-head in the June 20 Democratic primary with opponent Bob Shippee.

Owen has retained $166,179 of his funds after facing no primary challenger.

The epitome of being a perverted sick hypocrite is someone who attacks pornography on a porn site.

I have never been able to understand their personal demons that drive them here.

PS i would be happy and proud to vote for her.

    1. shootersa
      Now who is attacking porn??
If stumbler is referring to shooters post about Gibson, stumbler has made an assumption, and we all know what ASSuming says about the ASSumer, eh?

Shooter wasn't going to bother with the story but a story about a politician with the imagination to fund a political campaign by streaming her sex acts is a much more interesting story than one about a loudmouth politician bounced out of a play.

Just trying to help out stumbler. :D

What needs to be noted here is Boebert's raving hypocrisy. She has held herself up as a Jesus loving, bible thumping, gun toting paramount to morality that can lecture to everyone else how to live, who they can love, how to raise their kids. But that is just what others are supposed to do. None of that applies to her. So typical of treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans.

Surveillance footage seems to show Lauren Boebert flipping someone off after she was escorted out of a performance of "Beetlejuice" in Denver.

The United States Representative and her companion were asked to leave a performance after reports of rowdy behavior that disrupted the experience for other attendees.

Surveillance Video: Lauren Boebert Gives The Finger After Being Kicked Out Of 'Beetlejuice'

The Republican Congresswoman from Colorado was seen on video footage being escorted out of a performance of “Beetlejuice” at the Buell Theater in Denver. According to NBC News, the incident happened on Sunday night, when a performance of the popular show was interrupted by her behavior.

Officials with the Denver Arts & Venues wrote an incident report that was obtained by the NBC affiliate that does not mention Boebert or her companion by name; however, they can be seen being escorted off the premises in surveillance footage that was later uploaded to YouTube.

In the video, you can see Boebert appearing to give someone the middle finger as she and her companion are being led down the hallway.

According to the report, the two were notified that their behavior – which involved “vaping, singing [and] causing a disturbance” – was bothering other attendees and asked to stop. At least three complaints were made about their behavior before they were asked to leave the show.

Although they were not named in the incident report, her manager, Drew Sexton, confirmed that the incident did take place in a brief statement to NBC News.

“I can confirm the stunning and salacious rumors: in her personal time, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is indeed a supporter of the performing arts (gasp!) and, to the dismay of a select few, enthusiastically enjoyed a weekend performance of Beetlejuice, which the Denver Post itself described as ‘zany’, ‘outrageous’, and a ‘lusty riot,’” Sexton wrote in a statement.

He went on to say “appreciates the Buell Theatre’s strict enforcement of their no photos policy and only wishes the Biden Administration could uphold our border laws as thoroughly and vigorously.”

Although she was kicked out of the performance, he claims that she “strongly encourages” everyone to see “Beetlejuice” and praised the show’s “fantastic cast, tremendous visuals and plenty of loud laughs.” He also passed along a “gentle reminder to leave their phones outside of the venue.”

The Congresswomen Claims That 'Beetlejuice' Is 'AMAZING' And Encourages Everyone To Go See It

On Tuesday, September 12, Lauren Boebert took to X, formerly known as Twitter to “plead guilty” to the accusations that she was having too much fun during the performance.

“It's true, I did thoroughly enjoy the AMAZING Beetlejuice at the Buell Theatre and I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud!” she wrote. “Everyone should go see it if you get the chance this week and please let me know how it ends!”

One user commented, “You shouldn't recommend things you didn't get to see the end of, Lauren. Like musicals you were kicked out of. Or high school.”

‘Do You Know Who I Am?’ Watch Lauren Boebert Get Thrown Out of a Musical for Allegedly Causing a ‘Disturbance’

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was kicked out of a performance of Beetlejuice the musical on Sunday after she allegedly vaped, caused a “disturbance,” and asked staff, “Do you know who I am?” Denver’s 9News obtained security footage and posted on YouTube, which you can see above.

According to the Denver Post, Boebert was escorted out of the performance in Denver, along with one other person, after three people made complaints about the congresswoman being loud and taking photos on her phone.

Boebert was also accused of vaping during the performance — an accusation the congresswoman has denied.

An usher claimed in an incident report that Boebert and her companion refused to leave after being confronted about the behavior. Boebert also allegedly made such comments as “Do you know who I am?”, “I am on the board,” and “I will be contacting the mayor” as she was escorted outside.

Police were reportedly called to the venue, where they ensured that Boebert left as directed.

Boebert appeared to confirm the incident in a statement on Twitter, Tuesday, where she wrote, “It’s true, I did thoroughly enjoy the AMAZING Beetlejuice at the Buell Theatre and I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud!”

Boebert posted a link to tickets for the musical and added, “Everyone should go see it if you get the chance this week and please let me know how it ends!”

Boebert’s Bad Behavior Revealed by Woman Sitting Behind Her at Show: Report

In all the hubbub surrounding Beetlejuice-gate, there’s one question that has gone unasked: How much of the musical’s score, exactly, does Rep. Lauren Boebert know by heart? Enough to sing along “loudly with her hands in the air,” according to one disgruntled theatergoer who had the misfortune of sitting behind the Colorado congresswoman at a recent performance in Denver. “I’ve never seen anyone act like that before,” the unidentified woman told a columnist for The Denver Post on Wednesday. Boebert’s “outrageous” behavior included vaping ad nauseam, and simply replying “no” when the woman—who said she is pregnant—requested she stop. The Republican representative also filmed the show for long stretches at a time, and was “kissing the man she was with,” according to the Post. At intermission, the woman asked an usher if she could switch seats. “The usher said, ‘You’re not the first complaint [we’ve] had,’” the woman said. When Boebert returned to her seat, she allegedly called the woman a “sad and miserable person.” The legislator, who confirmed the incident on Tuesday, was forcibly ejected from the show soon after.

Boebert’s Mystery Man Is a Democrat Bar Owner: Report

The mystery man seen with right-wing Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) as the pair allegedly rampaged their way through a performance of ‘Beetlejuiceand were eventually escorted out of the Denver theatre has been identified as a Colorado bar owner by the name of Quinn Gallagher. The Daily Mail identified Gallagher as a 46-year-old divorced father, who has a 16-year-old son. He co-owns a bar in Aspen called the Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar. Gallagher and Boebert, 36, have been dating for months, the outlet said. “It’s very surprising. I always thought Quinn was a cool guy and a Democrat,” a “well-placed source” told the Mail. “His parents would be horrified because they are definitely blue.”

Boebert getting kicked out of a theater made huge national news. It was covered by multiple major news outlets and the major networks not just cable. And that is not because all of them have something against Boebert. It is because Boebert is a sitting member of Congress and is caught on video behaving outrageously.

But this is actually more important. Because here Boebert is being caught as a phony lying two faced politician. Just performing differently depending on which audience she is in front of.

Lauren Boebert ditches the MAGA thing in Colorado
    Olivia Beavers

    FRUITA, Colo. —

Lauren Boebert is one of Washington’s loudest proponents of impeaching Joe Biden. On a recent day here in her district, though, she rarely talked about it.

Zipping across her mountainous Western Slope district, the stiletto-wearing MAGA darling discussed the economy and housing with the owners of a yurt manufacturing company, then huddled with local officials to talk about water shortages. Boebert, who criticized earmarks before the GOP took back the House — but now says she helped her party "fix" the controversial practice — told locals that congressionally directed spending could ease their water crisis.

Not until an event with several dozen conservative supporters did Boebert address her push to impeach Biden for alleged "corruption." And she only went there when asked by the moderator. Once she got the question in front of a friendly crowd, she leaned in to excited applause.

It's no accident that Boebert's profile in her home state these days is diverging from the Freedom Caucus rabble-rouser she’s known as on the Hill. After squeaking through a recount to a second term last fall against Democrat Adam Frisch — Boebert won by just 546 votes — it became clear that her rhetorical bomb-throwing was wearing on GOP voters.

Boebert is hardly the only member projecting a different version of herself in the Capitol than she does back home. But her embrace of a political split personality illustrates the limits of raucous Trump-first conservatism in a competitive district. Her Freedom Caucus stardom hasn't immunized her from the risk of playing more to the GOP base than voters back home.

National Republican Congressional Chair Richard Hudson (R-N.C.) has described House Republicans’ investigation of

as having a focus in D.C. — in other words, a way for conservatives to galvanize the base, as opposed to something swing-district members would tout to their voters.

Determined to head off another near-death electoral experience, Boebert has made a subtle, but unmistakable, shift in her strategy. She is surprisingly open about her parallel identities: the Washington firebrand when in D.C., and the bring-home-the-bacon pol in Colorado.

“I have these dual aspects of national and home,” Boebert told POLITICO as she sat outside the community center in this one-road town that runs parallel to the Colorado River.

Boebert's opponent isn't about to let her get away with cutting separate figures in Colorado and Washington.

“When you have the worst performing race in probably 20 years, you're going to try to reset. And her team was trying to get her to reset,” Frisch said in an interview. “But it wasn't that long ago that she was getting in a fight with Marjorie Taylor Greene on the floor about who was the first person to have a chance to impeach President Biden.”

Frisch, a former Aspen City Council member, surprised national and local Democrats by coming so close to toppling Boebert in a district that voted for Donald Trump by 8 points two years earlier. For the same reason, Republicans say privately that Boebert should have won more comfortably.

Boebert has blamed her close call on "harvesting” of absentee ballots, which Colorado’s Democratic secretary of state strongly disputes. She also pointed to a lack of outside help, and low GOP turnout.

But despite its heavy conservative lean, Boebert’s district also has a history of electing more pragmatic lawmakers. That includes the GOP incumbent she ousted in 2020, former Rep. Scott Tipton, whom Boebert described as “milquetoast.”

Given that pattern, local Republicans say Boebert's pivot away from nonstop combativeness is a positive sign. Her allies hope it will be enough to get her reelected in one of next fall's make-or-break battleground races for her party.

“She's really done a good job of moderating,” said Cody Davis, a GOP Mesa County commissioner. “I think she realized, when she had to run against Adam the first time and barely won, that ‘I've got to start governing now.’”

While Boebert has tried to blame the depiction of her as a provocateur on the Washington press, her social media account tells a different story. It features her fiery speeches on the House floor and the Oversight Committee, as well as her efforts to be the lead Republican in introducing a Biden impeachment resolution.

Frisch outraised Boebert in the last quarter and has capitalized on voter fatigue by hammering her as a media-hungry extremist who’s failed to deliver for her district. He's planning to take that message to voters again in 2024.

“She's not a very pragmatic person, and my assumption is that she's proud of that,” Frisch said. “Her team is trying to get her to change, but people are who they are.”

    New Advantages This Time
It's undeniable that Boebert has turned her nose for headlines into a higher profile with the GOP base, not to mention fundraising opportunities. She vocally challenged Biden's victory over Trump then heckled the president during his State of the Union. Later, she tangled with Greene over who would lead on a Biden impeachment resolution.

That’s all helped Boebert lock down her base. But it’s swing voters and conservatives disillusioned with her politics who she needs to sway. Taking a starring role in a potential Biden impeachment may not help.

“It doesn't help. The hardcore base is already going to turn out for her," said Greg Brophy, a former Colorado state senator who described himself as a decade-long friend of Boebert dating back to her start as a GOP activist.

"I don't think that leading the upcoming fight of impeachment of Joe Biden is overly beneficial to swaying those people that were center-right and center-left voters for Scott Tipton."

Unlike in 2022, Boebert has outside money pouring into her race this time, with the conservative Club for Growth vowing to spend for her.

Frisch wants to join the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus if he's elected, but GOP officials are preparing to paint him as too liberal for the district.

Kristi Brown, a former Colorado GOP chair, said that Frisch was "fairly unknown" during his first run, but “since he's running again, we have the perfect opportunity to paint him for what he actually is and highlight his voting record on the Aspen City Council.”

    Working Across the Aisle?
Boebert and Frisch are both expected to easily dispatch primary challengers. Once the general election begins, Boebert is ready to promote her efforts to deliver for her district, including a jobs measure that she got added to the House's annual defense bill and water legislation that received a subcommittee hearing.

She also takes pride in the roughly $20 million in earmarks her district snagged this cycle.

On the recent swing through her district, Boebert tried to reassure constituents that she works well with Colorado's two Democratic senators, Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper. In a statement, Hickenlooper said that Boebert "has not been a problem to work with,” even if he doesn’t approve of “all of her antics.” He noted, however, that none of their joint efforts have yet become law.

A Democratic aide to the state's delegation painted a harsher picture: "I’d argue she is chaotic and conveniently highlights whenever things are parallel. Never a collaborator," said the aide, who was granted anonymity to candidly discuss relations with Boebert.

Brophy admitted that he's “worried” about Boebert's race, noting that “the left has a history in Colorado of successfully targeting more firebrand types of Republicans.”

But he pointed to signs of Boebert’s heightened focus on local issues as a “course correction” that gives him “a little bit of hope that they've decided to take this challenge seriously.”

Must be a slow news day for the American Hating despicables.
No fewer than 6 separate posts about Boebert getting kicked out of a play for being obnoxious.
Now, granted, she's a deplorable and that will always incur the American Haters ire, but goodness, this is hardly even up there with Biden missing the 9/11 ceremonies in New York and letting the kneeling VP handle the festivities.

In fact, Shooter doesn't think stumbler did that many posts about Trump's latest gaffe.

Well, what the hell; lets post one more about Susana Gibson and let stumbler have the field. Shooter has business over in the Bidens Open Border thread. It would seem another murdering ILLEGAL migrant has been released by the despicables, and we need to expose that.

I sleep just fine, my friend.

Slut shaming isn’t a great look, given the environment we’re in, yeah?

How do we feel about the titty groping and the digging around in his crotch? Is that like having a sex tape?

Yeah, never mind. Slut shaming on a porn forum is still a convoluted mental exercise, yeah?

So who, exactly, is doing the slut shaming here subby?
All the posts shooter has posted about Gibson have made no moral judgement on her at all. They have noted how unique a way to fund a political campaign Gibson apparently has come up with.

The slut shaming seems to belong to you and stumbler, with your endless, pointless attacks on Boebert. Almost a weeks worth.

I think that is a very kind understatement considering the original lie.

Hey stumbler did you see the story about the despicable candidate running for office who apparently is funding her campaign by livestreaming sex acts with her husband?

And especially when we read the story and it appears its the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans breaking revenge porn laws just to try and smear her.

We also need to look at why he would resort to such a vicious lie. Just because Boebert got kicked out of a theater for her and her boyfriend vaping and behaving outrageously.

And then tries to pull the old elitist trick “Do you know who I am?”, “I am on the board,” and “I will be contacting the mayor” as she was escorted outside.

    You didn't miss the
    APPARENTLY
In Shooters post, it didn't fit your agenda so you ignored it.
Not surprising. Sad, but not surprising.

And explain how, exactly, reposting video initially posted on a publicly available web site even begins to violate any "revenge porn" law?

Kind of like Linda Lovelace complaining if someone reposts Deepthroat on Redtube, eh?

And while we're at it, the triggered despicables responding here about "shaming" their woman (man) are the ones making the sex angle in this story somehow dirty.

Shooters point from the beginning has been that financing a campaign for elective office with sex shows is the interesting part.

But nice to see the liberal hypocrisy exposed.
    Again.

This is another thing really worth watching for Democrats at least. If the Supreme Court sticks with their ruling requiring majority Black districts that is enough right there to flip the House back to the Democrats.

Federal court denies Alabama request for redistricting pause: It’s ‘likely to lose on appeal’

Federal court denies Alabama request for redistricting pause: It’s ‘likely to lose on appeal’

A three-judge panel Monday denied Alabama’s request to pause the decision that struck down their new congressional map last week.

Alabama submitted a new map after the Supreme Court blocked the previous map in June for likely violating the Voting Rights Act. A trio of federal judges ruled last week that the new map fell short of complying with the Supreme Court’s directive, meaning that a court-appointed official may instead draw the redistricting lines for the 2024 cycle.

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office said that it planned to appeal the case back to the Supreme Court. The state filed the motion to stay the federal court’s recent ruling Monday so that it could appeal its case before the new map would be redrawn by a court official.

The judges wrote that Marshall was “likely to lose on appeal” in its order later Monday denying the motion.

“The Secretary has lost three times already, and one of those losses occurred on appeal,” the judges wrote. “We have twice enjoined a plan that includes only one majority-Black or Black-opportunity district on the grounds that it likely dilutes the votes of Black Alabamians in violation of Section Two of the Voting Rights Act.”

The initial map had included one majority-Black district out of seven total districts, even though more than a quarter of the state population is Black.

The judges also argued that a stay order is not in the public interest of Alabama.

“The Plaintiffs — like all Alabamians — already have endured one congressional election in this census cycle that the Secretary administered under an unlawful map. We see no reason to allow that to happen again,” the judges wrote.

The judges noted that Alabama also admitted to falling short of what the Supreme Court was asking for.

“We repeat that we are deeply troubled that the State enacted a map that the Secretary readily admits does not provide the remedy we said federal law requires,” they wrote. “And we are disturbed by the evidence that the State delayed remedial proceedings but did not even nurture the ambition to provide that required remedy.”

“Under these circumstances, we cannot understand why it would be a reasonable exercise of our discretion to order a stay pending the Secretary’s second appeal,” they added.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) recently denied being kicked out of a Beetlejuice performance at Denver's Buell Theater for refusing to quit vaping near a pregnant woman. A new video appears to show that's exactly what happened.

It was reported on Tuesday that Boebert had been ejected from a performance of the "Beetlejuice" musical in downtown Denver after causing a disturbance. Later, a report suggested Boebert was asked to leave after she failed to stop vaping near a woman who was pregnant who had been asking for the lawmaker to stop.

Boebert's office reportedly denied that allegation.

Now, video of the interaction has been released by 9NEWS Denver reporters. It appears to corroborate allegations against the lawmaker.
