Funny as fuck. Hannity tried to bully reality and got his ass kicked. And it wasn't even by the "Swifties." At least not yet. But I am sure the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans will keep fucking around and find out. When the Swifties show up they have national economic impact and get federal laws passed.

Treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans are actually freaking out about one thing. Most young Americans actually think like Swift and loath the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republican platform and the fear hate and anger. But most of them don't vote. And the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans Swift might change that and get young people to vote. With 279 million followers Swift could flip a lot of elections.

Sean Hannity Lists 'Lies' About Republicans To Woo Taylor Swift To GOP — It Backfires

Sean Hannity on Tuesday tried to lure Taylor Swift to the Republican side by listing what he said were “lies” about the GOP. But it didn’t go well at all. (Watch the video below.)

The Fox News host piled on to rightwing hysteria over the Biden campaign reportedly wanting the pop idol’s endorsement, and that has included wildconspiracy theories.

But Hannity made a misguided effort to make her think twice about aligning with Team Biden, which she did in 2020.

“Maybe she just bought into all the lies about conservatives and Republicans that they’re racist and sexist and homophobic and xenophobic and transphobic and Islamophobic,” Hannity said. “And Republicans and conservatives want dirty air and water and a total ban on all abortions with no exceptions. If she believes all that, she is believing a lie.”

    X users pounced on him.

“If Taylor Swift believes all that, she’s paying attention,” one commenter wrote.

“Add in misogyny and you have the entire Republican platform!” another sniped.

Hannity speculated that Taylor Swift bought into the lie that Republicans are racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, transphobic, Islamaphobic, deny climate change, and want total bans on abortion. Ffs Hannity…add in misogyny and you have the entire Republican platform!

‘Mea Culpa!’ Fox’s Larry Kudlow Admits He Was Wrong to Predict a Recession — Or Even a Slowdown
    Alex GriffingFeb 1st, 2024, 6:09 pm

Fox Business host and former Trump White House economic advisor, Larry Kudlow, offered an earnest “mea culpa” on Thursday for having predicted a looming recession – or even a slowdown.

Sandra Smith, so you’re writing, texting me early in the morning, and all kinds of bad news. You know, I was kind of,” Kudlow began as Smith jumped in.

“Who else am I going to talk to about the economy?” Smith joked.

“I mean, my, mea culpa!” Kudlow replied, “I was wrong about the slowdown and the recession.”

“I think don’t think you were wrong,” offered Smith encouragingly.

“So was the entire forecasting fraternity. Well, the Fed, everyone was wrong. Ok. But you mentioned all these job layoffs. Tomorrow is the jobs numbers,” Kudlow continued, adding:

About the month of January alone. This is from Challenger, Gray. Total jobs lost 82,307. Finance jobs lost 23,000, tech jobs lost 15,000, food-producing jobs lost, and in general, other surveys have shown the same thing. In fact, one survey shows in tech overall last year lost 260,000 jobs. Now I say it and I think the spirit you sent it to me. Unemployment remains low and most of these monthly job gains are pretty good. So what’s up with these layoffs?

“So how else do you fix inflation? Right?” replied Smith, getting to the meat of the discussion.

“This is the Fed’s goal, right? You have to you see a drag on the economy before prices can come down. My guess is that the Federal Reserve is looking more closely at that than inflation. You know, if the labor market takes a significant hit, we could see a significant downturn in the American economy. As far as why is the unemployment rate [low]? You know, there’s a lot of other factors that go into the unemployment number,” she concluded.

As the conversation continued, Smith and Kudlow agreed that rising unemployment was a number to watch as the Fed continues to work to bring down inflation.

Fox Anchor Spars With GOP Congressman For Focusing On Mayorkas Instead of Border Solutions: ‘He’s Not Going to Get Impeached’
    Alex GriffingFeb 5th, 2024, 4:14 pm

Fox News host Neil Cavuto sparred with Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) on Monday over the U.S. Senate’s bipartisan border deal, which the House GOP opposes.

“Frankly, their solution basically says just go ahead and raise the standard to nearly 2 million illegals per year. And fundamentally, nothing about the emergency authority granted by the bill or imposed by the bill really forces the president to even take action. He didn’t accidentally implement these policies. He did it on purpose,” Davidson said during the interview, detailing his opposition.

“Just want to be clear, and you’re quite right on all of the, about the 2 million and that minimum that we could still see 4 or 5,000 a day, that’s built-in as a baseline. There are a lot of variables to that. But, you know, you talk about 2 million to come in versus the 8 million coming in right now. It’s a start, let’s say, of the Republican nominee, if Donald Trump wins, that’s the wind behind his back. And he can slap the more serious measures that you want to see when he becomes president,” Cavuto pushed back, arguing is not better to do a flawed something than nothing at all.

“Well, I certainly hope he does. But the idea that we’re going to lock into law, the law today says none. So why would we concede to make it 2 million? The answer is we don’t accept illegal immigration,” Davidson pushed back.

“Right. The reality is it’s 8 million. And the law doesn’t stipulate that either. And I agree with you on the numbers that you’re looking at. But, isn’t it better to start something and to try to force a ceiling on this than one that just goes up, up up up, up,” Cavuto pressed.

“No. See your solution, that’s why Republican politics is like NASCAR. Everyone gets in the race and just starts turning left. When are we going to do? What we said we would do. They create a giant problem. Make it 8 million people. And you say, oh, such benevolence from the Democrats. They’re going to make it 2 million. No, it’s a terrible plan. We should lock in zero,” replied Davidson.

“But, if we don’t lock in anything. And I understand what you’re saying. Your colleagues have been saying that the president has, with just the flick of a pen, he can undo a lot of this, but he’s not undoing a lot of it, and he’s not undoing a lot of the things that you said happened under Donald Trump. This forces him into some position, weak, as you may argue it is and sets the stage for a Republican president. That’s the case who comes in and then goes even further, in that gap then, sir, you don’t have anything getting done,” Cavuto pressed again.

“Oh, well, what’s going to happen is Mayorkas is going to be impeached. He’s earned it. He’s violating the law,” Davidson said, referring to the secretary of homeland security.

“He’s not going to be impeached, you know that,” interjected Cavuto.

“He is going to be impeached by the House,” shot back Davidson, adding, “We can’t control the Senate.”

“I know that, but he’s not going to lose his job,” replied Cavuto.

“Well, maybe not, but he should, and so should Joe Biden. And so all we can do is make the case to the American people and ask them to send reinforcements. So hopefully they do. But in the meantime, look, we should commit to say, absolutely, we want to fund our government. This bill doesn’t even fund our government. It funds Ukraine’s government. It funds Israel’s government, it funds Indo-Pacific stuff, all with borrowed money or really printed money. It makes inflation worse. It makes immigration worse,” Davidson concluded.

I would really like to see treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans go on the record. So you oppose funding for Israel? You oppose funding Ukraine to stand up to Putin? You oppose funding for Taiwan? I would like to see them go on the record and answer those questions but of course they won't.

But now we can put another question to Trump and treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans. So you do support open borders? Because they are the ones that demanded all those things be tied together. And are now rejecting all of them.

Fox & Friends host gets into heated exchange with GOP lawmaker who blows off border patrol

    Matthew Chapman
    February 6, 2024 9:39AM ET

One of the problems for Republican leaders as they vow to block the bipartisan border security deal in the Senate on former President Donald Trump's orders is that the Border Patrol Union, a famously conservative group that has fought for tighter border restrictions for years, has endorsed the deal and put them at odds with the Republican Party's current stance.

Fox News' Steve Doocy confronted House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) on the issue on Fox & Friends Tuesday morning.

"I know a lot of Republicans are against it because Donald Trump is against it," said Doocy. "But here's the problem for you guys. The Border Patrol Union came out and the acting CBP chief came out and said, it's not perfect, but this is the best thing we've seen in decades. So are Republicans gonna say that the Border Patrol Union and the acting CBP chief are wrong?"

ALSO READ: Maxwell Frost is Biden's Gen Z super weapon — and occasional critic

"Well, look, they can have their perspective, Steve—" Emmer began.

"It's their jobs, Tom!" said Doocy.

The bill, brokered by Sens. Chris Murphy (D-CT), Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), and James Lankford (R-OK), will add tougher requirements for asylum, mandate the border be shut down to migrants whenever encounters rise above a rolling average of 5,000 per day, and expedite hearings and removals, in return for raising visa caps, giving legal counsel to unaccompanied migrant children, and making it easier for migrants who qualify for asylum to obtain work permits. The bill is also attached to defense funding to Ukraine and Israel.

The propaganda machine is going to explode, it's running at such high speed.
The bill american hater wants to discuss is supposed to be about border security.
    Not Ukraine.
    Not Israel.
    Not the red sea thingy
    Not Taiwan.

Its about stemming the flow of ILLEGAL MIGRANTS AND TERRORISTS into the country at the invitation of american haters leader, Biden.
And the bill, this $118 BILLION pig bill, doesn't address ILLEGAL MIGRATION.

Brandon already can close the border.
    Today. Now.
    He won't though, will he?
And you want to make it about some bullshit propaganda that deplorables want open borders.
    Bullshit.
    you fail.

Want to talk about the provisions of this bill that deal with immigration?
The part to make asylum claims faster to get?
The part about paying the legal fees of ILLEGAL MIGRANTS who want to move here?
The part about slush money for the "big guy"?

I can rest my case on that one. No treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans can't and won't answer just simple straight forward questions asking what they they think. Because they can't really think for themselves. All they can really do is parrot the right wing false propaganda talking points of the day, personally attack, and name call.

Hannity Addresses ‘Migrant’ Beatdown That Happened on His Show: ‘Statements Made by Curtis’ Were ‘Not True’
    Charlie NashFeb 9th, 2024, 6:10 am

Fox News host Sean Hannity formally addressed an incident this week where Curtis Sliwa’s Guardian Angels roughed up a man they falsely accused of being a “migrant” during an appearance on Hannity’s show.

At the end of his show Hannity on Thursday, Hannity said:

Now before we go tonight, I want to talk about Curtis Sliwa’s appearance on this show on Tuesday night, when members of the Guardian Angels stopped a man and the police were called. Now, Curtis said that the man was a migrant and that he was shoplifting. Fox News has since spoken to the NYPD and apparently the statements made by Curtis that the man is a migrant is not true and the man was given a summons for disorderly conduct. Today, Curtis Sliwa acknowledged to the Washington Post that the man has not been charged with shoplifting and Curtis said in part, quote, “I shouldn’t have been listening to the crowd. That was my mistake. I should not have had that knee-jerk reaction.”

Hannity concluded, “Again, on this show, we always want to set the record straight.”

Sliwa’s appearance on Hannity, live from the streets of New York, was cut short on Tuesday evening after a group of his Guardian Angels rushed off-camera.

As the camera turned to face the action, the group could be seen roughing up and detaining a man on the street, who Sliwa then falsely identified as a “migrant” and claimed was spotted shoplifting.

“Our guys have just taken down one of the migrant guys right here on the corner of 42nd and 7th while all this is taking place,” said Sliwa. “They’ve taken over!”

Sliwa went on to tell Hannity, “Let’s just say we gave him a little pain compliance. His mother back in Venezuela felt the vibrations. He’s sucking concrete, the cops scraped him off the asphalt.”

The next day, however, NYPD told reporters that the supposed “migrant” was actually a New Yorker from the Bronx and had not been charged with shoplifting.

American hater desperately wants to control the narrative and get deplorables to defend their opposition to a fucked up bill.
    Fail.

Lets talk about why biden refuses to secure the border.
Why the despicables insist on tying their version of border security to the "pay ukraine so they'll pay the big guy bill".
Why they killed the Israel aid package.

'You're all afraid of him': Fox News host corners Tom Cotton for bowing down to Trump

    Fox News/screen grab

Fox News host Shannon Bream confronted Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) about Donald Trump's "brainwashing" of the Republican Party.

During an interview on Fox News Sunday, Bream pointed to a recent Politico report about Trump's power to kill border legislation.

"So President Biden not only gets to blame you guys about the border, but he gets to blame President Trump, who he says tanked this whole deal, saying he wants to keep it alive as a campaign issue and that basically, he's running the GOP at this point," Bream explained.

"Politico says this, quote, it's devastating Trump seizes unmatched control over GOP, talking a quote there from an analyst, and saying this, he's got a stronghold, quoting Amy Tarkanian, former chair of the Nevada Republican Party."

"I don't know how to explain it," Bream said, quoting the GOP strategist. "It's completely mind-boggling to me, the type of brainwashing that has been done."

"Critics say there's no check on him within the GOP," she added. "You're all afraid of him. You've endorsed him. What do you make of this argument that he's essentially taken away your autonomy as a senator?"

For his part, Cotton suggested the former president had not brainwashed Republicans.

"Not all, Shannon," he replied. "What President Trump saw about this bill is what most Arkansans saw about it, what all but four Republican senators saw, which is that it does not solve the problem."

"What I want to do, what most Republican senators want to do, what President Trump wants to do is stop the border crisis," he continued. "And now we can see, with Joe Biden ideologically invested in open borders, the way to stop that crisis is to elect President Trump this fall."

"He did it once. He can do it again."

Fox News Suddenly Quiet On ‘Biden Bribe’ Story They Pushed Relentlessly — After Source Charged for Lying

Over the past eight months or so, viewers of Fox News were served hours of coverage focused on an alleged bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden and Ukraine. Much of that coverage was based on an FBI informant who made bombshell claims.

But on Thursday, the man behind the allegations — which were also at the center of the Republican impeachment inquiry into Biden — was arrested and charged with making it all up. It’s enormous news for anyone paying attention to this story.

Alexander Smirnov is a former FBI informant, now accused of lying to the FBI and creating false records tied to claims that he made about President Biden and his son Hunter’s dealings with Ukrainian energy company Burisma. For almost a year now, House Republicans have championed these now totally discredited claims. And Fox News was there to promote the latest development every step along the way.

“This is the big prize, right?”

That’s how Fox News anchor John Roberts breathlessly described the “1023 form” at the heart of the allegations that President Biden and son, Hunter Biden, received $10 million in bribes from Ukrainian businessmen. Roberts went on to read excerpts from the report, which cited a “confidential human source.”

“Quote, They — and this is Burisma — hired Hunter Biden to, quote, protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems…It costs $5 million to pay one Biden, and 5 million to another Biden. Confidential Human Source mentions Zlochevsky — this is Mykola Zlochevsky, who was the founder of Burisma — might have difficulty explaining suspicious wire transfers that may evidence any illicit payments to the Bidens. Zlochevsky responded he did not send any funds to The Big Guy,” Roberts read.

It was but one of 158 times the term “1023” was mentioned on Fox News over the past six months, according to the television transcript database TVEyes.

The 1023 form was initially produced by Senator Chuck Grassley. Some coverage of the news included the very important caveat that the form was never meant to go public because it was considered unreliable. Over time, that caveat went away, particularly on Fox News. Before long, the 1023 form was presented as “proof positive” that the Bidens were corrupt in the conservative mediasphere.

The form sparked a raft of obsessive coverage on Fox, particularly on the network’s highly-rated prime time programming, which enforced a narrative among Fox’s largely conservative audience that the Biden family is corrupt. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) was not just the useful idiot leading the narrative with ubiquitous appearances on Fox News but also leading impeachment efforts from his position as chair of the House Oversight Committee.

But guess what? We now know that much of his finger-wagging and teeth-gnashing was based on a lie.

In words that are often — probably incorrectly — attributed to Winston Churchill: “A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on.”

The salacious narrative of Biden corruption to the tune of millions fueled Fox News coverage for months. The complete decimation of that narrative has gone almost entirely unnoticed.

Since news broke of Smirnov’s arrest late Thursday afternoon, it has barely been mentioned on Fox. To the credit of Bret Baier, correspondent David Spunt covered the news on Special Report Thursday evening. Fox News prime time — the principle profiteer of the original narrative — ignored the story entirely. On Friday, the story has been covered three times so far, each time as a standard news report without any of the context that this indictment is the equivalent of a sledgehammer to the Biden family corruption narrative that has been pervasive on Fox for the last few years.

If Fox News were dedicated to responsible coverage and even a whiff of journalistic standards, this portion of the story would be getting far more coverage. A news consumer who only got their news from Fox would hardly be disabused of their assumptions that Biden and his family take millions in bribes from foreign governments. It’s something Fox won’t do because it’s not what the viewers want. As we know, those desires must be respected over telling the truth. Corporate profits hang in the balance.

Fox News host Howard Kurtz suggested his network had not provided enough coverage after an impeachment witness, former FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, was found to be lying about President Joe Biden.

On his Sunday Media Buzz program, Kurtz noted that Smirnov had been charged with making false statements about Biden and his son, Hunter.

"This is a star witness for Jim Comer, often cited by Fox and other outlets," Kurtz said. "And I think the story deserves even more coverage."

Washington Examiner editor Sarah Bedford agreed.

"Some of the allegations against the Biden family were built on lies," Bedford explained. "I don't think, though, that the impeachment inquiry here is necessarily completely undermined by this one fact, because so much additional evidence has been gathered. But certainly this is the blow to the credibility of the allegations against the Biden family."

Kurtz asked White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich if the indictment was a "big problem" for Republicans.

"Huge problem," Heinrich observed. "I think [Rep. James Comer (R-KY)] is going to have to lay out all of the evidence outside of this claim that makes the impeachment inquiry still valid."

"I mean, they threatened to hold the FBI director in contempt to get a hold of this 1023 form in which this witness makes his allegation," she continued. "So with this guy now having his credibility shot, a lot of onus on House Republicans to say that the impeachment inquiry is still warranted."

This is actually more stupid and ignorant than the posters here that tried to claim it was cocaine because Hannity is at least supposed to be a professional. Think about this. Hunter Biden's lawyers submitted the photo was actually saw dust not cocaine as the DOJ alleged to the court. And the second they did their law licenses were on the line if they could not prove it. These are not Trump lawyers. Hunter's legal team are some of the best in the country. And they are not going to tell the court things they cannot prove. There are actually witnesses to prove its a picture of saw dust.

Fox News pundit Sean Hannity aired photographs of lines of light brown powder that appeared in Hunter Biden's newest court filing, accusing the government of mistaking sawdust for cocaine, and demanded to know if the public agreed.

"They are saying that is saw dust," Hannity declared. "Does that look like saw dust to you?"

"It's on top of a saw," X user @ArtCandee replied.

She wasn't the only viewer to take Hannity to task for his cynical take on Hunter Biden's legal filing, which disputed prosecutors' photographic evidence against President Joe Biden's son.

"The prosecution is flat out wrong — both that Mr. Biden 'took' this photograph and in claiming that it depicts 'cocaine,'" Biden's attorney wrote. "Multiple sources have pointed out, and a review of discovery confirms, this is actually a photo of sawdust from an expert carpenter and it was sent to Mr. Biden, not vice versa."

X users reminded Hannity of these facts, and provided their own analyses.

"Each of those lines is at least an inch thick," replied @CholericCleric. "Horses were snorting at this party?"

"If it’s not sawdust, it’s really sh---- cocaine," argued @SarahBCalif. "Cut with lint."

Even Keith Olbermann, of MSNBC renown, took a moment to weigh in on the alleged sawdust or coke.

"All these years Hannity has wondered why he hasn't been getting a sparkle off that really high grade Bolivian Marching Saw Dust Podsr," he quipped.

This sawdust angle is gonna give conservatives giggles for a long time.

And the liberals will twirl and bloviate like they always do.

They have noone to blame but themselves.
